A beautiful and clean hotel. It is fashionable to enter the shopping center right from the hotel. It is located in the city center. There is a lounge area with 24-hour meals on each floor. Excellent swimming pool and the entire spa area. I really liked the service.

We stayed with our family for the New Year holidays.
We rented 2 rooms on the 10th and 12th floors.
The biggest problem is that the ventilation is not working, the windows are locked for the winter (according to the hotel staff). It is absolutely impossible to breathe, they slept both day and night, signs of hypoxia (lack of sufficient oxygen). As a result, we moved to a different hotel. We're breathing normally.
The hotel staff is not trained or qualified enough. At 16:30, one of the rooms was not ready yet, and check-in at 15:00 according to the rules of the hotel.
Four times the funds were debited from the card, as a result, they called again and asked to come with a physical card. Confusion and unnecessary fuss of the staff. A lot of mistakes. The hotel staff is not ready for RITZ-level guests.
Among the advantages: high-level cleanliness, location, size and layout of the room and bathroom. Nice view.
Yes, the gym is at the highest level, everything is new, clean, bright.
But the most important thing is the air; which was not there.
