We stayed at this hotel from November 2 to November 9.We liked everything.The room is large and comfortable with a balcony, where our friends gathered in the evening.Great restaurant for breakfast, with great cuisine.Large swimming pools where both children and adults can swim.The guys at the pool keep order and the children in the pool.There are many places where you can have a snack and sunscreen and after it is / very nice.The kids club is great and the staff is attentive.Special thanks to the guy who speaks Russian at the reception / he helped a lot with a sick child and us with all our problems.Thanks to the manager /he congratulated me on the birthday cake and flowers.Great hotel and hopefully we'll be back.Thanks

We came for the third time. And they were already disappointed at the check-in. Firstly, for the first time in three times, the child was not given a welcome gift. She was waiting for him and was upset. Secondly, the receptionist said that I had to pay extra for breakfast for my 5-year-old daughter and gave me to sign a paper that I agreed to pay 54 dirhams per day. When I checked my reservation with, it stated that breakfast for children under 6 years old is free. I had to write a complaint to the support service, they contacted the hotel and did not take money from me when I was evicted. But the sediment remained (( Thirdly, for the first time in our extensive practice of staying in 4-5 star hotels, we were not checked into the room at the prescribed 14:00. Tired from the road, we waited until 16:15, sitting on the sofa in the lobby. I met such a bad attitude towards regular customers at the 1+Star hotel in Divnomorsk near Gelendzhik, but there it is still a "Scoop service", But I did not expect this from a 5-star hotel. Apparently, the hotel decided to cut costs to the maximum. Wi-Fi works disgusting! Good only in the rooms, on the beach and by the pool does not work at all. It's a shame for the Ritz. The breakfasts are generally not bad, but they have not changed at all for 5 years, the mushrooms are not fresh, but canned (the first time we meet not fresh in a hotel of this level), tea and coffee were interrogated only twice in 7 days. There are no desserts at breakfast in principle. There are buns and waffles, everything. No cakes, no mousses, no cakes, nothing. There were two dreary cakes in the Dolce Cafe all the days. There are also only three options available from the desserts listed in the menu in the lobby. In the Venetian village, the only delicious restaurant was closed - Lebanese, with a camel at the entrance (( More sadness - the boat no longer goes to the other shore in the evenings. Besides the fact that it was an easy way to get to the market and restaurants on the opposite shore, it was also a great evening entertainment. Alas. As we were told, the hotel forbade the boat to dock at the pier. What stupidity! If you are afraid that all the guests will leave for dinner to other places, then they are leaving anyway. Only now by taxi. We had a not very pleasant incident at the children's club. In the evening, the children watched a cartoon on the street and the staff did not see that the little boy had left. His father came for him, found the missing child and in a panic everyone was running around the territory in the dark and looking for the boy. With this approach, I would not advise leaving them children. I was pleased with the staff, especially by the pool. The guys are trying, friendly and friendly. The pool is warm and clean. Delicious food in all restaurants, they cook well, there are no complaints. A great dinner in honor of my birthday, fully justified the high cost. There were lobsters, oysters, sashimi, rolls, a huge selection of cheeses, meat and sweets. In general, in our opinion, the hotel is gradually deteriorating and it is unlikely that we will return again.
