Amazing hotel, good service. We had a Marina Deluxe club room with a beautiful view.
Of the cons: there are a lot of people at breakfast, I wanted to have breakfast at a more private stop, but not in the room.

Have a wonderful time of day for everyone . What can I tell you about the Ritz in Singapore) Of course there are no words . Only negligent management and a very outdated room stock can shame your favorite hotel chain in this way . Everything is ancient and dilapidated , even in the public area , the ladies ' rooms are , let 's say , battered and have not even seen cosmetic repairs for a very long time . The service in the restaurants is terrible, especially for Singaporean ones. On Sunday at noon, work was carried out so much so that I remembered a neighbor from childhood who was always drilling the walls. The roar was inhuman . After my angry screams , we changed the number , but to the next one , and there , as you understand , this drill was also heard . I remembered all the threatening words and went down to the reception with them. After my screams , they still changed the room , the floor , and finally silence fell . Terrified, the management sent a cheap bottle of pinot noir the day before our departure.... An attraction of unprecedented generosity . It must be said that this did not sweeten the impressions . It is a pity that the long - term work and reputation of Mega professionals of the entire hotel chain can destroy such grief managers . And Singapore is beautiful, next time I will stay exactly on a different network.
