We had a rest from 06.09. to13.09.2025. I really liked the hotel, the territory is beautiful, the beach is great, the room is large, the balcony is gorgeous, the view of the pool and the sea. We had three meals a day, a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, a customized menu without drinks. For lunch and dinner, you could choose from Vietnamese or European cuisine. Salad, soup, 2 second courses and dessert. We ate too much, we didn't even want anything else. I really liked pumpkin, potato and mushroom cream soups. In the bathroom, there was a large towel and a small one for everyone, shampoo, gel, soap, toothbrushes, ear sticks, and shower caps were added every day. Beach towels were taken by the pool, I took them, I gave them back. After lunch, I went to the beach and got a new one. There weren't many people, and there were plenty of sun beds. We swam both before and after lunch, the waves were small. When going to the beach, you could eat on the right. It takes a 5-minute walk to get to the bus to the resort area, and a little further there are shops and small cafes where you can eat. The local market is a 20-25 minute walk away.

I stayed at this hotel on vacation. I don't regret it. the room was nice, cleaned every day. special thanks for the refrigerator and the balcony) the hotel area is quite large, a couple of steps to the pool, and to the sea. There was a local cafe on the embankment, and the food was inexpensive and delicious. There are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas near the pool, and towels were provided. the food in the dining room was simply gorgeous.. a huge selection of rich, delicious food. Great hotel, I don't understand the negative reviews. Asia is contraindicated for all clean people and lovers of variety in hotel food. The breakfasts are excellent. I always ate my fill. Phobo is divine! The pool and grounds are gorgeous. The staff are responsive and smiling! The sea is magnificent! Sometimes there was garbage that was washed away by the waves, it was promptly removed. There is a seafood cafe on the beach, inexpensive and they say right away, very tasty! I've tried snails and seashells. It's a pity that the hotel is kind of closing, that's what the staff said when I left.

We booked a tour with my husband for 12 days at the rate of 3 meals a day for 276 thousand rubles. What you got: 1. On the last day, mud arrived. There were 2 strong waves. The beach is cleaned within the hotel. There are plenty of sun beds under umbrellas. 2. Rooms. In my opinion, they are very old. There is rust on metal objects and bathroom fixtures in places. There are very deep scratches and scuffs on the wooden furniture. Holes in inconspicuous places, geckos crawled 4 times to us and sat on the walls and ceiling. But it has a gorgeous balcony, which is periodically flooded with rain. For some reason, there is a clothes dryer only on the ground floors. 3. The territory. Before Covid, I saw from video reviews that there was more, now part of the territory of the bungali is abandoned. There is a court where you can play tennis. A large green garden inside, with a mini river where carp swim, palm trees and flowering trees, and a swimming pool inside is very beautiful. There are places to sit in the evening, a mini-promenade. We found an exit to the beach. The beach is sandy and clean. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The disadvantage is that there are few of them and therefore you need to come early in the morning, otherwise everyone will be busy later. There is an alcohol bar at the entrance to the beach. Saigon beer is bottled at the bar. Rum, whiskey, vodka of local production from bottles. Red and white wine , I don't know what kind, is poured in buckets into containers. The bartender pours the beer. You pour all the rest of the alcohol yourself as much as you want. (I can't remember now). Just behind the bar is the SEA! If you want to go to the pool, you want to go to the sea! I don't know about the seasons, but we always had a wave from January 31 to February 10, but again, for a change, it was calm in the morning and during the day it changes from the strength of the wind! The wind, we got on the whole vacation, but now, to be honest, everyone was charred and suffered from the heat without it, but every evening without the sun it bothered, but did not interfere. But also one of the big advantages for the family is the ANIMATORS! I didn't actually see the children, especially in the late afternoon, they were always occupied with something, playing, looking after them, they only took them to eat and swim in the morning, while the sun was not so powerful! By the way, they not only entertained children well, but also parents of any age, they could easily occupy themselves with their programs! Water aerobics, water polo, darts, football, volleyball and much more. In general, there are more positive emotions than negativity, as they say, the taste and color! The rooms are cleaned well! Keep a close eye on the number of things in your rooms! We were on the 4th, and the room had everything by 3 (water, towels, slippers) but this issue was resolved almost quickly! I was at this hotel in March 2020 with my family. As everywhere there are pros and cons. 1. The journey from the airport takes almost 4 hours. We flew from Novosibirsk for 7 hours, plus passing through customs control. It turns out around 13 o'clock. That's a lot for me personally. But since we were flying at night, we arrived just in time for check-in at 14-00. 2. We were settled quickly, here is a plus. We got a room in the 6th building. We would like to have a larger area, but we had enough for a family of two adults and two children, given that we did not come to sit in the room. The room is old, in need of repair, almost all the metal fittings on the doors, the drains in the bathroom have obvious traces of rust. We didn't have hot water at the very beginning. It's not critical for me, it's hot outside, but it's a problem for a small child. The water from the sink and bathroom was also bad. But after contacting the reception, the shortcomings were quickly eliminated. And there are a lot of ants in the room. They're just everywhere. They cleaned well.The food is normal! But! We lived on the top floor of the 1st building. The Internet is terrible, I went to the reception three times.Towels -2, the second one is just a napkin.Take a chaise longue at 6 a.m. There are a lot of people! If you come to dinner, you won't always find a place.We've already written about rats. I saw it myself... But, the most terrible thing is sand fleas and mosquitoes! But not everyone gets bitten! My husband and I were lucky... We arrived on January 30, and there are still bite marks and itching...They brought friends with them. They had nothing to compare it with, they were happy. And no one bit them, thank God. After all, I read in the reviews about parasites... Well, I think not everyone is bitten, they won't bite us either... An-no! I'm not a walker here anymore!
