Everything is great here, even out of season. The service is at a good level, the staff is friendly, the food is excellent in a huge variety, there is no need to leave the hotel. Entertainment for every taste: pools, slides, board games, computer games, billiards, tennis… I really like it. There is a shopping street next to the hotel. Restaurants, cafes and bars. Everything is within walking distance. The only negative: ants. They are everywhere. They even walk on the bed in the room. The request to do something about it helped for exactly 2 days and they returned. I was already unpacking my suitcase in Moscow today, and some of the insects came with us. Out of season, they begin to repair the doors and buildings, which causes a lot of noise, but not a critical one.

The hotel is located in Khao Lak Bay. A 10-minute walk will take you to the "city" -cafes, stalls with fruits and local ice cream, pancakes and other exotic items. The exchange rate is favorable compared to the airport. The food at the hotel is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean. But that wasn't the main thing for us. I was pleasantly surprised by the sea-an absolutely transparent sea, which is not often found in Thailand. The tides are not strong and deep enough, there are not many stones, so swimming is comfortable throughout the day. There is a children's water park, swimming pools and a large area with sun beds under palm trees. There is an excellent Thai massage center on the shore - under the sound of the ocean! You can travel around the bay with pleasure and meet quite the Seychelles Landscapes with boulders. Enjoy Your Stay!

We visited in November 2023. The disadvantages are very minor and I will not take them into account in the rating. This is our 5th trip to Thailand, I already know what to compare it with, and it's really a good place to stay with children)) Large territory, gorgeous monitor lizards the size of calves, fish, crabs, birds, beauty. Yes, the sand is not white, but it is fine and there are stones, but for me, it's more like a beautiful landscape. We were a group, 6 children, 6 adults - everyone found places without rocks to swim perfectly. No jostling, lots of air, lots of space, pools for children and 18+. But we didn't swim in the pools, but there are slides and a "steam train" made of cheesecakes, very nice. The staff was excellent, we paid in cash, agreed in advance by letter to the hotel that we could not make the payment due to bank sanctions and non-working cards. No problem. The room is two-room with access to a small pool, we are happy, but we hardly swam in it, as it is in the shade a lot during the day. Next time they would have been picked up on the shore, they were not available. The food at the hotel is very good - the breakfasts are varied for Asia, and the last week out of three we bought dinners there. Before that, we went to taverns in the city, but at some point we got tired, and the dinners were very tasty and varied. The children who missed Russian cuisine were happy, for example, pancakes)) the price was about $100 for dinner + alcohol separately. There was live music all the time, lovely. There is a medical center at the hotel, we tried to help as much as we could when applying. A good dry cleaning service at the hotel, a good application, responded immediately to requests, for example, a child was sick, bed linen had to be replaced - everything was ready in 15 minutes. We went on excursions from the office in the city. In general, it's a great place, I highly recommend it.

We lived for three weeks. A room on the 1st floor of the Seaside Junior Suite. Direct access to the beach. It's the best there is. It is better not to take rooms with a swimming pool. There's a paddling pool, it's noisy, it's humid. Huge waves in the sea, it is impossible to swim. There is one large adult-only pool and one large communal pool on site. There is a water park, there are many children there. Ours got tired of swimming there on the fourth day, thank God. On-site restaurants of the Cola bank cost 70 baht, just behind the hotel in a 10-minute walk seven eleven, there are 6 cans of cola 88 baht. The food and the kitchen are good. The food is of high quality. There are a lot of people at breakfast. There are few people at lunch and dinner, the cough is pleasant. We had full board, it did not include soft drinks. We bought them at seven Eleven and came to the restaurant with our own, so you can. There are 90% Europeans in the hotel. There are very few Russians and Chinese. Families with children mostly rest here. There is no animation. The gym is good. Meals for lunch and dinner according to the cards. 750 baht per person. That is, you come to lunch, take the menu and choose for yourself 750 baht. If you go beyond this amount, then you need to pay extra with money. A plate of shrimp in batter with fries costs 320 baht at the restaurant. A delicious steak with potatoes costs 680 baht. There are great sunsets here every evening. And most importantly, there are enough sun beds for everyone and everywhere. Towels are removed if the owner has not been on the sunbed for more than an hour. So the sunbeds do not take up indefinitely for the whole day. Everyone understands English. Wi-Fi catches throughout the territory. It's free. In the photo below there is a communal pool, there is also a communal bar, it is paid. The depth of all pools is about one and a half meters.

We had a rest together with my husband. The hotel is good (if there was a fresher renovation) I would say great! The location is one of the best in Khao Lak, everything is within walking distance (the bazaar is 1.9 km away, a street with cafes , 7/11, exchangers - 300 meters) The hotels are very well thought out by zones: in the cafe they sit with children in one hall (there is noise and din) without children in another! It's the same with the settlement. Who settles with the kids next to the children's pool and water park! Here, of course, it's cool for them! What is not there for their leisure time! The staff is like everywhere else in Tae - smiling, friendly and executive! The sea is clear, the water is fabulous, the tides are small, the depth is immediately. The territory is beautiful and large, there are enough sun beds for everyone. We've been to a lot of places (experienced travelers in every sense) , but I think we can still come here. I recommend.

Great hotel, we were with children 6 and 9 years old. They had plenty to do. There's a kids' club where they also enjoyed hanging out. There are water slides. Everything is very clean and beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops, exchangers near the hotel, in general, it was as comfortable as possible.

Convenient location, excellent large territory, access to the sea, friendly staff. The breakfasts are great. There are cafes and bars by the pool with sea views. In general, it is very convenient to go on excursions to the islands with Khao lak. The hotel is great, we are very satisfied.

We are staying at the hotel right now. Tourists from the USA, Austria, and Thailand are mainly vacationing. There are almost no Russians. On the plus side: wonderful festive illumination, the hotel has really prepared for the holidays. In the evening, the bar plays quiet and pleasant live music. There is a swimming pool for adults only. A wonderful children's aqua zone (it will be boring for children over 8 years old), a spacious clean kids' club and a playground. You need to sign up for the club in advance, otherwise there may not be enough places. Massages are also by appointment. There is an indoor spa area and tables on the beach. Prices from 400 baht for Thai massage (on the beach), 850 baht massage with oil. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The rooms are nice, there are spacious balconies. If necessary, they will install a good baby cot. The adult bed consisted of two half-shelves pushed together. It turned out not to be a bed, but a runway)) The restaurant has a large selection of seafood in the evening, up to lobster. The prices are standard for the Thai five. Of the cons: the hotel is slightly shabby. The sea is not swimming. The shore is not well maintained, the water has an oil film. Something flows out of the hotel into the sea. By the way, we have seen this more than once in Thailand. From a subjective point of view: we were crowded, holidays and a Thai wedding were superimposed. I had to look for a table at breakfast.
