There is no hairdryer in the rooms (you need to ask for it at the reception), there is no tea / coffee that is stated in the room, the rooms themselves are not fresh (dirty curtains, broken cupboards, broken phone), breakfast is very modest (a large selection of different breads, eggs have never been more than 2, or even not at all even if you come to the beginning), the food is not signed, they say, guess for yourself what is there. All the staff either does not speak English at all, or very poorly. The spa was not working (November 25)
