Comfortable bungalows with all convinences , a beautiful seaview with a stunning sunset, good breakfast. Children enjoyed swimming in the waterpark. One thing which I consider to be a minus is a beach. I prefer a natural sandy beach but not those marble staircases

We had a rest with three children at the hotel in late May and early June 2025. Upon arrival and registration, the receptionist informed us that we had not paid for breakfast for the children and needed to pay extra! When I took out my phone to take a picture of her text in the translator, she immediately said that she had looked at it incorrectly and everything was fine! We moved to the 6th floor ! The next day , they asked us to move us lower , since major repairs were being carried out on the 7th floor with drilling of the walls , it was impossible to make noise . There is an endless construction slotting overhead! There was no information about the renovation work when booking the hotel. It was a surprise! Moved to 3 Breakfasts for 4.... There was absolutely no animation for children , although we went according to the reviews about the animation . During the 8 days of stay, 1 day was when there were games at the pool with children . We may have arrived out of season) The big plus is the location is perfect!!!! Clean pool, pleasant friendly staff!

An excellent hotel, a beautiful cozy territory, a gentle beach, a sand without stones, a water park is not big, but it is suitable for entertainment, live music in the evenings on the beach in a cafe, breakfasts are good, rooms are new, everything is clean. Next to the 7-eleven hotel, there are many cafes, a pizzeria! In general, everything is great.

I like the hotel, the only drawback in 2023 is the renovation in the neighboring hotel (they make noise from morning to night). The breakfasts are ordinary, you can say "like everywhere else on Koh Chang", the rooms are relatively clean, the air conditioners are washed and cleaned every season.

Great hotel! The room was cleaned every day, from the room to the sea - 2 minutes on foot. The territory is well maintained, the staff is polite. The breakfasts had a variety of menus.

The hotel is terrible. Firstly, the assortment of breakfast dishes is small, mostly meat, there is not even porridge, perhaps some cheesecakes, pancakes. Secondly, everyone is very lazy. There is a red flag constantly hanging on the sea, because, quote, it rains every day. But it rains in the evening, and in the afternoon there are no waves or something that prevents swimming, they just don't want to take out and bring in the sunbeds. There is a water park, but there are no rescuers on the slides, that is, you can get injured simply because a person moved out, you just got up, went after him and you collided. Thirdly, the rooms are terribly small, 40 meters is obtained only with a veranda, and so the room is very small and uncomfortable. A used bathrobe was slipped in, the bed linen was also not washed, someone's hair and fleas were found. The safe is very crooked, there are no instructions, and the password needs to be updated with a button from the inside, as we should have guessed before - it is unclear. The temperature of the shower is poorly regulated, it feels like there is only one temperature. The benches on the veranda are peeling off, as a result, their clothes are dirty because of this.
