It's just a dump, not a hotel. Floor 9, room 905. There are cracks on the walls, mold and mildew on the tiles in the bathroom, and the smell is appropriate, the sink is broken, the towels are stained, and the bed is in terrible condition. There is no main lighting (only bedside lamps). The door does not lock from the inside.

I booked through booking with a request for early check-in. Even after showing a confirmation letter confirming the satisfaction of my request and for free, I was sent to wait for 14 hours or offered to pay for this service (50% of the room price). There were no slippers in the room, they promised to provide them, but alas, they could not in two days. And yes, the total amount was 1,700 tenge more than at the booking, they showed me some kind of sign in the word, which they referred to, allegedly the order of the accountant. In general, the service is terrible. The rooms were a little tired, there was a red stain on the towel, the furniture was chipped.
