Mom stayed at this hotel because Alau is currently under renovation. I liked the location and the price is not high. We are not too picky, so we do not expect from 4* 5* quality and all inclusive, but for the money we give, we want to get at least cleanliness. I must say right away the staff is good, the guys at the reception will always listen and help, they will convey what is needed, because for example, a kettle, but there are also those employees who do not understand what they get a po for. Maids, again, I do not want to put everyone under one thing, there was also a girl who asked what was needed, but others even They didn't take out the trash until Mom asked. They did not have a vacuum cleaner at all, so I think it did not seem to me that the carpet was not completely clean. I liked the views from the window, the bed is large, a huge plus is the cafe downstairs, it works around the clock, it is not expensive and the food is delicious. If the furniture in the rooms is updated and the hangers are at least the same, the cleaning will be on the level, then it will be possible to put five, and so only 4...

I booked through booking with a request for early check-in. Even after showing a confirmation letter confirming the satisfaction of my request and for free, I was sent to wait for 14 hours or offered to pay for this service (50% of the room price). There were no slippers in the room, they promised to provide them, but alas, they could not in two days. And yes, the total amount was 1,700 tenge more than at the booking, they showed me some kind of sign in the word, which they referred to, allegedly the order of the accountant. In general, the service is terrible. The rooms were a little tired, there was a red stain on the towel, the furniture was chipped.

So she's in the cooler in the hallway. There is a TV and cable channels. There is a kettle and mugs in the room. There is a cafe on the ground floor. And it 's not very bad . It is delicious, the range of dishes is large and the price is acceptable for Astana. The room has clean linen and three towels. The room was warm. There is a climate control system. Very polite reception staff. Quick answer in the booking app, there is a paid transfer from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are clean, a water dispenser is installed in the corridors. There is a kettle and mugs in the room. Free internet with good speed. On the 1st floor there is a paid dining room. Unfortunately, there was no shower door in my room, water drips on the floor. Hygiene products are changed in the room every day, there are disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Nice hotel! We lived on 12.10.23, Special thanks to the administrator at the reception I placed quickly, helped solve the issue with payment, the cards of another country did not work. The hotel is located in the business center. The room I was in for 1 day is on the 8th floor. It's all creaky, the doors don't close completely. Because either they're swollen or the floors have risen. The shower room is just awful. It was dark, the light bulb was barely shining. The towels are small. There are traces of flooding on the ceiling and walls. Spots. The bed creaks terribly when you sleep and turn around in your sleep - you wake up from the creaking. But the location itself is great.

The hotel is on 7 out of 10. Excellent staff. I took a double room for a day. There is enough space, spacious. The beds are hard. The plumbing is tired and leaking. The entire renovation of the rooms looks like it was done in a hurry. Breakfast is without enthusiasm, but also without pretensions. Clear. It will be fine to spend one night.

The feelings are ambiguous. I booked a suite inexpensively, compared to other places. We arrived early in the morning and were immediately checked into a standard room. In due course, they offered to move into our suite. There were no dishes in the room, except for a kettle and 2 cups with teaspoons, although the whole kitchen area was decorated, although without a sink. Everything in the room was for 2 people, although I indicated that there were three of us. An additional towel and bed linen were brought to us upon request. It turned out to be not rich with disposable devices, there were no sticks, cotton wool, caps, etc. Just a brush with soap paste, shampoo, gel, slippers and a shoe sponge. The directory and the key to the interior door were also missing. The heated towel rail was cold, and there was apparently no floor heating. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. The table in the hall is broken, the tile in the bathroom is pierced by the door. At 0.00 (midnight), a girl from the reception came and demanded 10,000 tons for early check-in, although this was not discussed before. The next day, the room was not cleaned, although there was a sign with a request on the handle. Garbage had accumulated and toilet paper was running out. After living there for 2 nights, we left for our city in the early morning...

We traveled with our daughter and relatives (five adults). The hotel kindly offered us two rooms on the 9th floor: a standard double room and a two-room suite. Both rooms are clean and cozy. An additional full-fledged sleeping place was made in the suite for my daughter.
The staff is polite.
Wi-Fi works well.
The parking is guarded.
Very convenient location: the main attractions: Khan Shatyr, vodno-zeleny Boulevard and Expo are 5 minutes away by car.
