I came to eat, ordered ramen and khachapuri. It was impossible to eat ramen because of the incredible sharpness, and khachapuri was brought huge, although no one asked me what I would be big or ordinary (there are two types on the menu). I think okay, I'll pay for it, I'll leave and I won't go to the institution anymore. I ask for the bill and it turns out to contain an incomprehensible point about music. I called the waiter and I ask you to remove this item. The waiter says that this is a mandatory item and the menu says that paid music. I say that no one warned me and I will not pay for it, the waiter said that people often complain, but such conditions. I called the administrator. Another waiter came and said that neither the administrator nor the owner was present today and he was in charge, the conversation was the same, that the menu was written in small letters that the music was paid, so you need to pay. I say, if you have a principled position, then I will not pay for the ramen because it is incredibly spicy and I want to complain that they brought me a large portion of khachapuri. The situation is not resolved and I say, then I can leave the number and go. Suddenly, the administrator appeared and began to be rude, raise his voice and communicate with "you" when he heard my principled position on music and only when I stood up with the words "well, then I won't pay for anything at all", they went to a meeting and removed the music from the receipt. They refused to bring money to the table and I received my change only in an institution where there was a staff who joked, was rude to me and provoked conflict in every possible way. The mood and the evening are ruined. I have never met such an attitude. It's worse than the village canteen.
