Hammam, gym, own restaurant, machines with drinks and food, good service, all smiling, positive. A beautiful beach, relaxing with children is the most ideal place, bay / bay, surrounded by coral reefs, sandy beach, full of restaurants on the coast, everything is very tasty, any cuisine, for every taste. I liked the complex, we visited it in March 2020. Well-maintained, closed territory, security at the entrance. Each building has its own separate swimming pool, the pools are cleaned, the silence on the territory is monitored. A great place for a family holiday, there are many Russian families with children, there are also foreigners. There is a European-style cafe nearby, you can have a great breakfast, drink coffee. The apartments are small, we have a family of 4 people, two small children, we had enough space. The beach is 7-10 minutes away, grocery stores, I would say that they are not so close, they are either on the beach (10 min walk) or by the main road (also 10 minutes walk), keep in mind that there are no footpaths in Thailand, you need to walk in the sun and on the road. It seemed to me that it was not very accessible and convenient. This is probably the only disadvantage of the complex, otherwise we were very satisfied. Parking for cars and bikes is organized on the territory, it is convenient if you rent it. We had problems with the Internet in our apartment, we contacted the criminal code of the complex, and everything was promptly fixed. As a bonus, there are monitor lizards in the river next to the complex, and it was interesting to watch them from the balcony of our apartment.

We lived in this complex for 3 weeks, the price is fully consistent with the quality. Each building has its own pool, all pools are different and you can spend every day at different pools))) the electricity was cut off twice in three weeks, but only for 20 minutes, so it's not scary. At the entrance to the complex there is a good cafe with WiFi, which works even if the cafe is closed) the beach is 500 meters away and most of this way is in the shade. Monitor lizards swim in the river along the complex, they even saw a huge one about 3 meters in length. It is very close to the airport, by taxi from the airport 300bat, to the airport 200bat. Shops and a market are within walking distance.
