Overall, the hotel was pleased. Friendly polite staff, clean, cozy, modern interior, excellent room with a balcony and a wonderful view of the city. But!
A huge disadvantage is the absolute lack of sound insulation. The walls seem to be made of paper, it is impossible to sleep, in the next room someone talked endlessly all night on the fly. On the second night, I wanted to kill🙈
The sound from the sink drain is similar to "sounds from hell". The feeling that the riser is a straight pipe, into which the drains are stuck at 45, without bends, so that the water plug at least slightly muffles this horror.
Another of the disadvantages is very high and hard pillows.
The overall impression is positive, I can recommend the hotel, maybe I just wasn't very lucky with the room.

A chic hotel, the coolest nightclub on the 12th floor, a spa area on the 1st floor. The room has everything, a kettle, a hairdryer, gel, shampoo, a dental kit and even a wand with cotton swabs and a shaving cream machine, everything is provided.

A normal hotel! Good location. Don't count on a beautiful view. I liked the breakfasts. The staff is wonderful!
The only thing I gave 4 stars for is the terrible audibility in the rooms, you can even hear what the neighbors say in a calm voice.

It's terrible.We arrived at the hotel at night and fell asleep with fatigue immediately in the morning, noticing that the room was cold but did not say so, but on the next day it became colder immediately called the dispatcher. He came and poked something there and said that if it got colder, he would call. I called back on the next day, but they said that they would suffer in a slightly rude tone and also said that they would turn on the central heating (they did not turn it on) on the third day I am still waiting for heating.It's terribly cold😐

A normal hotel for reasonable money. Good beds, room service, everything is brought quickly. Nice guys at the reception. Delicious varied breakfasts, especially the Korean corner)

Our guests complained that discos are held at night in this hotel. Even if you make comments, the administration didn't care. Apparently, they do terrible things at discos, but the hotel residents don't care. I will not recommend this hotel to my foreign guests and acquaintances.
