November 3
A visa interview was held on November 3. All the staff are polite and friendly! I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time and stood in line. A recommendation is important! Be sure to ask people what their time is! If your time is earlier than theirs, go ahead! At least try to get inside the dressing room! The fact is that people are being called from a loudspeaker inside the dressing room! You can't hear it on the street! Tell me your time, full name, the door opens and you enter. Next is the locker room, you give your passport to an employee, they paste a number on it and go through the window to take fingerprints. My fingerprints were already in the database (I had a visa before), so they told me not to take it. Then it's the consul's turn, and go to the window. You hand over your passport and answer the questions. That's it, the visa is approved!

The reception at the embassy is very good. I'm telling you everything, you won't get lost. With small children without waiting in line. But there's a catch: there's no privacy. All the people and employees who are in the room can hear your conversation. 3 windows and everything is nearby. I can't concentrate and I can't hear the officer very well. She asked some questions again, and the officer obviously didn't like it. Refusal.

My 16-year-old daughter was going on vacation with her grandparents (all Russians) to visit her aunt in the USA at her invitation and funding. The questionnaire was filled out together with the inviting party, a US citizen, correctly and clearly. All the evidence of a connection with the motherland that a 16-year-old child could have in his hands (certificates from school, return tickets, etc., annual trips to Bulgaria, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.).The documents weren't even looked at, the interview took 3 minutes, the questions:Why are you going?Who do Dad and mom work for?As a result, the daughter's refusal (the grandparents approved), after standing in line for three hours in terrible tension and stress, the daughter came out in tears in complete disbelief.Adults came out and complained about the very large number of citizens inside, stuffiness and fainting. It is a pity for the money, time and general plans of several families.Good luck to all!
