Looking from a height of 102 meters at Svisloch, Troitsk suburb, Upper Town through panoramic windows or from the terrace (where, by the way, there are tables) at the "golden hour" and "blue hour" is an unforgettable experience! The staff is polite, helpful (without being annoying), and tactful. We were alone with my husband, celebrating his birthday. They asked us: "Are you celebrating an event?". We said which one. And it was very unexpected and pleasant when they brought a compliment from the restaurant in the form of a cake with a candle. I really liked the food and its presentation. Yes.. there's also live music. Unfortunately, I didn't ask who the performer was, but I would have listened and listened while looking at the pink-blue sunset from a bird's-eye view. We will definitely come back here for positive emotions.

The view from the observation deck is, of course, the main hit: the guests were impressed by the panorama of Minsk. The restaurant itself is atmospheric, stylish, with pleasant service. The prices are above average (this is a "typical" place!), the cuisine is a good European level (we had breakfast – cheesecakes with blueberries, cooked perfectly). But honestly: you pay here primarily for the location and the "wow effect". For such an occasion, bringing guests and giving them a beautiful evening over the city is ideal. Everyone was satisfied, the photos are gorgeous. For special occasions and impressions, I recommend it.

Visiting The View restaurant on the 28th floor left an unpleasant impression. Yes, the view of the city is really beautiful, but, unfortunately, it does not cover the problems with the organization of maintenance. When booking, I asked for a table away from the aisles. As a result, we were seated right next to the exit to the balcony, where people were constantly walking. The door opened and closed every few minutes, causing cold air to blow in. And the tables are located nearby, so that people at the neighboring tables would listen to you with their ears open. It seriously interfered with the rest. The waiting time for the dishes turned out to be very long. We had to wait almost an hour for each order. Even the usual bread was forgotten to be brought at first, and after the reminder it took about thirty more minutes. If time is precious to you, then consider this moment. There were also questions about the quality of the dishes. Borscht caused severe discomfort after the first spoonful. The draniki had a pronounced bitterness, as if they were cooked in an unsuccessful oil. It was impossible to eat them after one bite. At the same time, the mors was brought in a very large volume, which looked illogical against the background of other shortcomings. Unfortunately, the impressions of the visit did not meet expectations. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio here does not meet the stated level, and I cannot recommend the restaurant.

I liked the menu as a whole, BUT.. grilled sea bass... this is some kind of deception!! The menu says - 1 serving, 100 gr., 25 rub. .. we ordered 2 servings, 25 rubles each)!!! For some reason, they brought us 2 whole fish, cooked with the head, large fried scales, and tail.. and in the receipt we saw the amount of 140 rubles, instead of the expected 50!!! Is it really impossible to warn visitors that instead of one serving / piece of grilled fish, AS INDICATED IN THE MENU?. there will be 5 of them cooked at once ... We always order fish in restaurants and it is always a portion piece prepared in accordance with the gram and the amount indicated on the menu. Another unpleasant moment happened during the reservation of a table: the amount in erip instead of 300 was persistently set at 700.. Be careful, visitors.. Please take this into consideration for the restaurant administration (such nuances spoil the overall impression of the restaurant)

The dishes are completely ordinary, the main dishes are served as in the dining room, I attach a photo (before adding the sauce, the Wellington steak is a sad pie on a large plate). The meat itself was fine, but the dough inside was raw, I just pushed it aside on a plate so as not to spoil the festive evening for myself and the guy. And so we waited for the dish for an hour (the waiter warned that it would take 30 minutes). No further comment was made on this point, it was just that another waiter brought out the dish. 🤯 On any other day, I would have pointed out these critical points. For some reason, this restaurant doesn't know which spoons go with a tall latte glass. They put an ordinary small spoon, which sank into the mug. This spoon, which is completely in the coffee, had to be fished out and put on a napkin, some kind of sur. There was also a plastic tube nearby, but how could the cane sugar interfere with it? Some wrote in the comments about the arrogance or fatigue of the waiters - for sure, I noticed it too. I didn't understand this pathos, in walls with an old-fashioned interior and ordinary food. Well, the cherry on the cake was the water bill for 20 rubles. I don't mind paying for it, even that much if the place was good. But why doesn't the waiter announce the cost of the water? It's such an ugly moment. Why don't they open bottled water at the table? I sincerely did not understand this place, these prices, this lack of restaurant culture. The restaurant only responds to 5-star comments and laudatory reviews. Well, maybe that's why they don't change anything. A very beautiful and romantic restaurant with an irresistible view of almost the whole of Minsk. The service is good, it's obvious that the restaurant. Friendly staff. It's tolerable for money, in many establishments it's much more expensive, but at the same time the service and the view are worse. The food is very tasty, the service is beautiful, we ordered a salad and the hot stuff is very tasty, there's not even anything to cling to. In general, I recommend it, especially for couples :)

Thus, you can sit well for two for 3-4 dishes and give tea in the region of 100 br. The only drawbacks are the toilet, which has at least one eye out.
