The view is wonderful. But I won't come here a second time. A very steep and uncomfortable staircase to the sea. And climbing back up it is a separate event. There are no normal approaches to the sea.

Luxury hotel, close to the sea... it is located remotely from Pattaya, Volkin Street is 2.7 km along the highway, so it is more or less clean here. Due to the relative remoteness, all Pattaya transport hubs can be used. We were lucky with the room, we lived in a deluxe room with a balcony and sea view. I liked the hotel.
