Nice hotel in a quiet location. The area is quiet, everyone is already asleep at 22 o'clock. There are plenty of swimming pools on the well-maintained territory, many rooms with their own. The breakfasts are standard, you can eat, without frills. The Wi-Fi throughout is excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the water was replenished daily in the glass. Daily cleaning service. The beach towels in the rooms were changed daily. For lovers of loud and noisy vacations, this is NOT your option. The contingent consists of Europeans, Australians, and Chinese, of course. There are few Russians.

Hello everyone, we returned from vacation with my husband a week ago, we stayed at this hotel for 13 nights. I'll tell you what I liked and what I didn't like. We were checked in immediately, the time was 11 o'clock, they took a $200 deposit, gave us 2 room keys and a dinner card, breakfast and dinner were paid for. We had a room with access to the pool on the 1st floor. In the bathroom there was shampoo, body gel, shower gel, caps, liquid soap, cotton swabs, a weak hairdryer and towels. The room had bathrobes, rubber slates, a safe, umbrellas, a mini fridge, and a kettle (water, sugar, tea, and coffee were replenished every day). 3-4-5 bottles of water were placed in different ways every day. There were a lot of hangers in the closet, this + but there are no doors, this -, the room has a table and bedside tables, this +, but they don't have drawers, this -, all things in plain sight. Sockets are broken, chargers are not holding up, they are falling out. Bed 1 is huge, the linen was changed three times, the bed was made every day, but the floors were not dusted and there was a lot of sand in the room. I know for sure that a woman with long black hair lived in this room before us, they were everywhere and we never managed to get rid of them. If you want to get enough sleep, you are unlikely to succeed, each room has an obscure side window to the floor through which light seeps, and the door in the room is not sealed (I will attach all photos below) plus, every morning we were woken up from 5 a.m. by roosters. The most incomprehensible element of the decor in the room was a sliding window between the bedroom and the toilet 🙈 which is located at the head of the bed 🛌 if someone needs to use the toilet for its intended purpose in a quiet room, it will not be possible to do this 😅 because the light, sound and smell immediately appear in the entire room. The color scheme of the room is very pleasant, the room has a TV 📺 without a smart TV with one Russian-speaking news channel. I liked the air conditioner, it was quiet and powerful, it always worked, even when we left the room. The pool and terrace are unforgettable, on the terrace we had 2 sun loungers, a table, a clothes rack and a large round rattan chaise longue with a soft mattress. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, and there are no sun loungers or towels on the beach. We just walked along the shore. There are many cafes near the hotel, there is a market, an exchange office at every turn, 7/11, which is a 2-minute walk away. The breakfast food was monotonous, meager, but you can eat, fruits were watermelon, pineapple, banana, tangerine every day, but pitahaya, papaya and passion fruit alternated. Dinner was a la carte, you can choose from 3 categories per person (without drinks) the menu got boring after a week, we started skipping paid dinners. Well, about THE BAD: My husband had a heart attack at breakfast in the morning, he lost consciousness, thanks to the restaurant staff who did not remain indifferent and provided him with first aid with their own funds, put him on his feet and we went to the room. All our movements were always through the reception, and this time, too, they asked me which room we were from, and that's about it... In the room, my husband got worse and better, in general, he lay in the room for a day and I did not leave him for a minute, not to the store, not to the pharmacy, not for lunch or dinner. During these days, none of the hotel staff called, did not come to the room, did not even try to find out what happened and if help was needed. Such indifference shocked me. Well, how can there be no surprise at the check-out? We left the hotel at 7:15 a.m., in the evening we went to the reception to find out if we owed money to the hotel, the answer was no that you were fine, and we went to the market to spend the remaining money so as not to take them home. And in the morning we were billed for 50 baht without explanation. I gave $, since everything had already been spent and the exchanger was not working, which they only told me the baht and did not give the deposit back. In general, the departure was ruined. I'll say this, the hotel is not worth the money that we paid. But everyone chooses and decides for themselves .We're not going back, even though we're in love with Tai.

A magnificent hotel with excellent service. It is located in the center of the town in a five-minute walking distance from the beach. Nearby there are fruit shops, 7 levels and a great restaurant "Thai Corner"
