A magnificent hotel! Very well located. Close to the Abbey and Buckingham Palace. All the staff is very polite. We felt at home. At the reception, you can ask for an adapter to charge your phone. There was no dental kit in the bathroom, they were brought immediately upon request. We had an early check-out, we ordered breakfast in the room the day before, and it was already delivered to us at 6:30. I want to say about breakfast - everything is very simple, but with taste. Always the freshest. The children ordered scrambled eggs. The waiter was bringing everything to the table. There is a deposit, 100 pounds on the card, and if in cash, then 250. I didn't understand why there was such a difference with my English level. However, the deposit is refunded upon check-out. The hotel itself is cozy. We rented an apartment with a small kitchen. It was a studio room with a kitchenette, a double bed and a folding sofa. Ideal for 3 people. We really enjoyed it! I didn't even want to leave! Thanks!
