Just a note — we’re paying for a furnished studio as if it were a one-bedroom apartment, but the only piece of furniture here was a TV. I’m honestly exhausted and fed up with living in this building. There’s always something wrong. First — the walls are crumbling because there’s no proper plaster layer underneath the paint. When we repainted, no one from the management warned us that this would happen, even though they clearly knew. At the beginning we had something like both hot and cold water, but then they turned off the cold one, and now it’s only warm water in the whole building. You literally can’t cool it down, and showering feels like torture. AC? The nightmare started in April or May and continued until recently (it seems to work now — let’s see for how long). Every second day a worker came to “temporarily fix” it instead of giving a real solution. One summer night the AC completely stopped working and we had to move to a hotel — our apartment turned into a sauna. Later an external company came, fixed something on the roof, and told us that it was only a temporary repair because management refused to pay for a proper one. Isn’t it ridiculous for the money we pay? And today I woke up and there was no water at all. No notice in the elevator, no message — nothing. I was in shock. They said they sent a notification to my partner’s phone, but he’s at work and can’t always check his messages. If you’re going to send notifications, maybe also post them in the elevator like any normal management would? I even asked some of our friends who live in other buildings — none of them have issues like this with their property management. Their places are even a bit older than ours, but everything works perfectly fine. And now, after checking the government app to see the official rental prices for this building — I honestly don’t understand where all the money we pay is going. I’m honestly at my limit with this building. Home should be a place of comfort and peace — but here it’s constant chaos. Every week it’s a new problem.
