The Anexture team! Thank you for organizing our vacation in Pattaya, Zign Hotel! Overall, we liked everything! The service at the Zign hotel is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly, cleaning is daily, pillowcases and towels were changed every day, sheets after 2-3 days. The disadvantage is that there is no Russian-speaking staff, there is English, but we communicated through a translator on the phone, in principle there were no problems, we only found out about the issue of towels on the beach to the sea - the hotel also has its own beach, but unfortunately the sea is knee-deep here, and therefore we had to go to the neighboring Garden sea view hotel - about 450 m - we swam there, with a view of the Temple of Truth, towels, by the way, were given at the exit in Zign). But the hotel has two excellent pools, the lower one with a beautiful waterfall, the hotel territory is beautiful, well-maintained, there is a spa - you can use the deposit money in it. It's not very convenient that the deposit is 2 thousand baht, other hotels charge dollars, and we left early in the morning, we couldn't exchange it, only at the airport we managed to spend it in stores. The breakfasts are ordinary, dishes from cuisines of different nations of the world - Thai, Chinese, Indian, Russian - are absent, well, except for eggs in different versions. There are practically no Russian tourists in the hotel. But we really liked the coffee - they have great coffee machines that prepare different types for you to order - cappuccino, latte, espresso, double versions, etc. The restaurant is large, but it's only fully packed on weekends, mostly with Chinese and Indians. On weekdays, there is peace and quiet in all buildings and on the territory, on weekends it is quite crowded, but there are always plenty of sun beds by the pool. Here in the north of Pattaya, Naklua district is generally quiet everywhere. Russians Russian tourists are very numerous in hotels there (for example, Long beach Garden), and the infrastructure is already adjusting to us, there are cafes (Teremok, etc.) with Russian dishes. And they have their own beach too. In general, we had a good rest, we took excursions from both the hotel guide and the street travel agents, the prices do not differ much.. There are tuk-tuks not far from the hotel, but we even walked to the very center (terminal 21) and the central beach in 30 minutes, it was just a mild day. Bottom line: the hotel would be just great if there was a good sea nearby..

It's not a bad hotel. Not the top five as stated in some sources. It was dusty, but it wasn't scary for us. Breakfasts for every taste. The territory is beautiful. The staff is smiling, but there are no Russian speakers. There is no beach. Not to swim.

We did not rest in the hotel itself, but we used the territory, as we rested in another hotel of this owner. Very beautiful green area, two huge swimming pools. In my opinion, the beach is not very suitable for swimming, everyone went to the neighboring Garden.
