The Anexture team! Thank you for organizing our vacation in Pattaya, Zign Hotel! Overall, we liked everything! The service at the Zign hotel is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly, cleaning is daily, pillowcases and towels were changed every day, sheets after 2-3 days. The disadvantage is that there is no Russian-speaking staff, there is English, but we communicated through a translator on the phone, in principle there were no problems, we only found out about the issue of towels on the beach to the sea - the hotel also has its own beach, but unfortunately the sea is knee-deep here, and therefore we had to go to the neighboring Garden sea view hotel - about 450 m - we swam there, with a view of the Temple of Truth, towels, by the way, were given at the exit in Zign). But the hotel has two excellent pools, the lower one with a beautiful waterfall, the hotel territory is beautiful, well-maintained, there is a spa - you can use the deposit money in it. It's not very convenient that the deposit is 2 thousand baht, other hotels charge dollars, and we left early in the morning, we couldn't exchange it, only at the airport we managed to spend it in stores. The breakfasts are ordinary, dishes from cuisines of different nations of the world - Thai, Chinese, Indian, Russian - are absent, well, except for eggs in different versions. There are practically no Russian tourists in the hotel. But we really liked the coffee - they have great coffee machines that prepare different types for you to order - cappuccino, latte, espresso, double versions, etc. The restaurant is large, but it's only fully packed on weekends, mostly with Chinese and Indians. On weekdays, there is peace and quiet in all buildings and on the territory, on weekends it is quite crowded, but there are always plenty of sun beds by the pool. Here in the north of Pattaya, Naklua district is generally quiet everywhere. Russians Russian tourists are very numerous in hotels there (for example, Long beach Garden), and the infrastructure is already adjusting to us, there are cafes (Teremok, etc.) with Russian dishes. And they have their own beach too. In general, we had a good rest, we took excursions from both the hotel guide and the street travel agents, the prices do not differ much.. There are tuk-tuks not far from the hotel, but we even walked to the very center (terminal 21) and the central beach in 30 minutes, it was just a mild day. Bottom line: the hotel would be just great if there was a good sea nearby..

It's not a bad hotel. Not the top five as stated in some sources. It was dusty, but it wasn't scary for us. Breakfasts for every taste. The territory is beautiful. The staff is smiling, but there are no Russian speakers. There is no beach. Not to swim.

We did not rest in the hotel itself, but we used the territory, as we rested in another hotel of this owner. Very beautiful green area, two huge swimming pools. In my opinion, the beach is not very suitable for swimming, everyone went to the neighboring Garden.

I do not recommend this hotel. We first paid for The sign villa hotel, but when we entered the villa and saw the junk and mold in the bathroom, we changed to a room in the main hotel. No one returned the money, they bought a tour package. Now about the hotel room: old furniture, old renovation. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower room. Accessories are available. Cleaning every day. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are monotonous and meager. They cook well. You can eat enough, but there is simply no variety. The pool is not bad. There is a beach, but there are often low tides. There are few sun beds, but there are. There are a lot of Chinese tourists, walking in droves and shouting. The location is not bad. You can call a taxi through the app or go up for 10 minutes and take a tuk-tuk. ( blue ) We rested here from 12/15/2024 to 12/27/2024.

The territory is beautiful, but we went swimming to the neighboring Garden Sea view hotel (you can use its entire territory). We had dinner in a Russian-speaking cafe near Samat (very tasty and certainly not poisoned) From the hotel you can easily walk to the Temple of Truth. There are scheduled excursions with a Russian-speaking guide. You can walk to the fish market, buy fresh meat and it will be prepared for you there. In general, the vacation was a success, and the hotel played an important role in this) We recommend it)

Great hotel! Everything is on solid 5. Beautiful pools.Good Asian cuisine! Cleanliness in the rooms. Daily cleaning! One disadvantage is that you can not swim in the sea, but this is well compensated by swimming on the beach of the neighboring Garden Sea View hotel, which is 300 meters away! Very peaceful environment around the hotel! There are many cafes and makashniki near the hotel where you can eat delicious food for a lot of money! I recommend this hotel for a family relaxing holiday! This hotel is not suitable for young people who are going to set fire to it! It's going to be boring! They need hotels in the center of Pattaya!

The hotel is generally very good, but keep in mind that it consists of 2 13-storey buildings and 1 3-storey old building, in which we were accommodated. The main disadvantage is the lack of descents for strollers. We were with a 2-year-old child and every day we had to carry him up the stairs to the 2nd floor and down the stairs to the beach (probably like 4 floors down). The food is excellent, the territory is beautifully maintained and large. The sea is dirty (bags, bottles, lids, dead fish are floating), but the presence of multi-level pools compensates for this.

Mostly Russians are walking, drunken voices and non-falling into notes are compensated by loudness, it is unrealistic to sleep.

The hotel has 3 buildings. I don't know how things are in building A and B, we lived in building C. The room was not very clean, there were problems with draining the water, there was a repair or ship parking on the balcony, there was noise from the very early morning, knocking with something. There are no 5 stars and it doesn't smell at all. Among the advantages are delicious breakfasts, a beautiful view of the bay, a good pool and a good beach.

A good hotel for a relaxing holiday with children, delicious breakfasts, lots of pastries and fruits, a green area, there is a place to sunbathe and play volleyball, a swimming pool with a waterfall is interesting, it is good to sunbathe under it. There are 7/11 and many restaurants 100 meters away, you won't stay hungry in the evening! The beach at the hotel is not very good, but you can go to a nearby hotel, the beach there is much better. We had a rest in February 2024. A good hotel with solid 4 stars, the area is quiet by comparison. There are few Russians, the hotel is designed for events and Asian tourists, Hindus. One of the disadvantages is a bad beach, swimming in the sea will not work. We went to the nearby garden seaview hotel to swim in the sea, which borders the temple of truth. But there are 2 decent pools. A good breakfast buffet.

The room has a hairdryer, mini bar, safe, air conditioning, disposable bath accessories. The room has both a shower and a bathtub. The food is average for me, mostly Thai cuisine, but our Russian cafe is within walking distance. It's hard without borscht))) Within walking distance is the Temple of Truth, which is worth a visit. Thanks to the Bolt taxi, you can quickly get to Jomtien and military beach. But there are also nice clean beaches behind the Temple of Truth.

We lived in a villa, the only plus is a large room. Otherwise, there are only disadvantages, a terrible beach, a child cut his foot in the water. In the room, insects fell from the ceiling onto my head, onto the bed, and crawled over my body at night. The breakfasts were monotonous and on the third day I didn't want to go to them anymore. There is no entertainment or decent cafes near the hotel where you can eat. I add a star only for the hotel staff, they are smiling, polite, as if ready to help, or maybe not)) but in general, there are no complaints about the hotel staff.

I don't have to go to the seaside either, because it's not very clean for me. The hotel's beach is not for swimming Swimming at the nearby beach, but I wasn't impressed either. Thailand for swimming is an island, but not Pattaya itself...definitely!!!. The massage is excellent on site, and the prices are good.

There are a lot of Chinese. I will never come to this hotel again and I will not recommend it to others. Two stars exclusively for cleanliness and staff. The rest - wherever you spit - are Chinese. Screaming, seeing nothing in their path, shameless.... I would never have thought that they would infuriate me so much. They constantly tried to touch / cuddle, and the most arrogant ones, to pick up my child, and the super-stupid ones also took a picture. If you start to show that you can't do this, they swear and shout after you. I will not go to this hotel anymore! 95% of the total population are Chinese
