There were no employees in the office anymore, so I left a message asking if there was an opportunity to respond. 3 The next morning, it turned out that the master was trying to call me, there really was one missed call, but judging by the fact that the phone is always next to me, this call was most likely like a beacon, since I did not notice it. Of course, no one thought of calling me back or sending a message that they wanted to contact me in two days, as well as calling me back after my call to the office. 4 after receiving the master's phone number, I contacted him on my own, announced the dates on which we can arrange for measurement, the master informed me that he needed to check the occupancy of these dates and he would call back. Since the master did not specify how long he would call back, I called the master back an hour later and asked what time to wait for confirmation of the date, to which the master replied that not before the end of the day, since he was currently at a bus stop. (C) the situation is as absurd as possible: three days have been lost in order to contact the company and agree on the date of the door installation and then wait another whole day for the opportunity to receive a response from the master on the date of the 10-minute visit. by the way, after one call to the office of another company, I arranged for measurements on the next business day.
