Quite unexpectedly, the current visit to this cafe turned out to be a terrible disappointment for my husband and me!We don't visit Minsk very often, but when we were in tsetreya, we always went to this cafe to drink coffee... And this time we needed to have an early lunch…We barely found out from the person behind the cash register- what is included in lunch, what is not included-then I began to order-I say-2 dinners-she punches one soup ... and so on, although she sees the same-there are two of us…Well, they punched the check in half…Moreover, the punching girl apparently thought that I knew the menu by heart- for example, salad with what dressing-and which ones are there?and without hiding his irritation , he lists…They began to let go - they would bring it to the counter and put it... and people were crowding there-my husband already went and took it... and then it turned out that 1 pie was "not given to us"...that's how it turned out later - he was also "thrown" on the counter and someone took him…They barely "knocked out" the paid pie... and, by the way, they didn't give us a check (???)!Well, one more thing from the comments-the girls in the "catering" work with huge nails-it would be nice to keep an eye on this too!!!Well, "the cherry on the cake -when we went out - they told us in the back - so with contempt - "Moscow has gone...".I don't even know how to take it!Resume:The food is still good... but the management needs to work with the staff!

I really love this place, the interior is wow. although it is located in the center, there is almost always a full range of desserts. there is a toilet room. but the places near the wall are located very close to each other:(desserts are served immediately, coffee should be waited for 1-2 minutes

Prices are overpriced, the food is delicious, there are always a lot of people, you don't want to drink coffee with a bun standing up, you'd better go to a nearby hotfix with prices 2 times lower and with 2 times more seats, it would be better to go to a hotfix.

This is an incredibly atmospheric and cozy place. Always clean! (Although for some reason there are always dirty cups). The coffee is excellent, the pastries are delicious. but!!!!
The staff is probably the worst in Minsk! JUST THE WORST! There are always DISSATISFIED people, they never say hello (and I go there very often, because I'm near work), you won't get a word of THANKS from them. They work slowly, and the queues there are rarely small, and their (staff) There's a lot for one coffee shop!
It seems like a good place, but the service is almost at the bottom. And competitors don't have such a problem))

Actually, I love Thierry. Here are the most delicious eclairs (cherry is just a cannon), delicious coffee. I don't really like their unsweetened assortment, but this is just my opinion and applies to the entire network as a whole. And what about this particular place - it is very stylish and cozy, but if you suddenly happen to be in it during an influx of people (as happened to me), it is very likely that irritation will rise. There are very few places, people are jostling, the tables are tiny
