The cafe is cool in Minsk, they were met very often. Pancakes are just great. The desserts were excellent. We took tartlets and mascarpone cake. My husband was delighted and went there for breakfast all the next few days.

We took a flat on almonds. The coffee tasted disgusting. I came up and asked to redo it, explaining that the coffee was not bitter, but burnt. I was told that these are the grains, but we took this drink several times at other points in Thierry, it tastes different. I am not an expert in this field, and of course I understand that flat is a strong drink, but not burnt. Either the pill was passed over, or it was ground. The girl said she couldn't remake the drink for us, quote: "I can't remake it, I'll pay for it." There are no questions for the girl, she answered politely. But the question for the organization itself is "is it really such a big problem to remake coffee when it is objectively bad?" A lot of establishments do this without problems. Naturally, this trip was the last, considering how many establishments there are around.

Disgusting lemonades, it is impossible to drink, at first I ordered raspberry ginger, I thought there would be a minimum of ginger, and there would be a maximum of it, as if you were drinking pepper in its pure form (you can warn that it will be too spicy)
I ordered lavender (yes, they no longer have normal flavors, such as berry, strawberry or something else from the base, there is also lemon))
It is written with natural lavender flowers, but the fact that it will be a ground porridge of flowers is not indicated, you drink like jam, not lemonade, it is too concentrated and it is impossible to drink.
If you take something here, it's something flour.

On my birthday, my boyfriend decided to make a surprise and buy a cake in this institution, almond and strawberry, for about 36 rubles, this is a complete disappointment, vanilla sponge cake and butter, a lot of butter, a little strawberry on top and almond petals on the sides, for that kind of money, are you serious?

Bakery/coffee shop in Galileo shopping center near the train station. For those who do not like food courts in the shopping center, this bakery is located separately on the 2nd floor. The windows offer a beautiful view of the Minsk 'gate'.
The menu includes all kinds of pastries, coffee, tea, and lemonades. There are several positions to have a snack (sandwich, quiche). The prices are average.
It's a nice place, but cold drinks like ice lattes consist entirely of pieces of ice. I advise you to remember sometimes that it's a latte, not just ice :)

There are no complaints about sellers and baristas, but there are complaints about the management. Yelling at your employees in front of customers right in the hall is not the best solution. It is not the most pleasant sight when the administrator, and even more so the director, humiliates his workers right behind the counter, says that they are crooked-armed, to put it mildly stupid and accuses them of working slowly, although the girls try to serve all customers as quickly as possible. The good news is that the girls at the checkout always communicate politely and serve quickly, the tables are clean, and if you are interested in a particular table, you can ask the employees to remove it and they will do it quickly and without any problems. Drinks and pastries are delicious, but sometimes there are dirty dishes with lipstick residue on the edge of the cup or streaks from previous customers, so it's better to take the products in cups and takeaway boxes.
