I found out that there were no tickets at night, and in the morning there was already an event. I received a reply in the telegram at 1.24 am! And it wasn't the robot that answered... but the specialist. Support had been working since 10 a.m., but at 9 a.m. my issue had already been resolved by the ticket sales specialist+ and the support service sent me a little later. You guys are great!

the ticket purchase service is simply disgusting: the promo code is not applied on the website (although I know for sure that it works), it is also impossible to send a question to support through the website, an official message simply appears that the question has not been sent. When you call the operator and ask him why there is no discount after entering the promo code, the answer is simply brilliant: Try again, everything works for me! How many thousands of attempts need to be made to make it work, and whether it will work is anyone's guess. Event organizers definitely lose most of their potential viewers when working with this service. I highly do not recommend it!

It's very sad, the bureaucracy is going through the roof. The concert has been canceled and no notifications are being sent. Refunds must be returned with a fight.You call tech support and a man sits there and says try again, even though he's sitting in front of the computer and sees your refund letter.
