I would like to express my deep gratitude for promptly sending e-tickets, which were automatically deleted from my mail a month after purchase. I found out that there were no tickets at night, and in the morning there was already an event. I received a reply in the telegram at 1.24 am! And it wasn't the robot that answered... but the specialist. Support had been working since 10 a.m., but at 9 a.m. my issue had already been resolved by the ticket sales specialist+ and the support service sent me a little later. You guys are great!

the ticket purchase service is simply disgusting: the promo code is not applied on the website (although I know for sure that it works), it is also impossible to send a question to support through the website, an official message simply appears that the question has not been sent. When you call the operator and ask him why there is no discount after entering the promo code, the answer is simply brilliant: Try again, everything works for me! How many thousands of attempts need to be made to make it work, and whether it will work is anyone's guess. Event organizers definitely lose most of their potential viewers when working with this service. I highly do not recommend it!

Thanks to this website, I lost my tickets for the first hockey match today, it just didn't work and crashed, and this is taking into account the fact that I tried to log in from my computer and phone for several hours. I won't say anything about the playoff matches at all. Okay, if this was a one-time situation, but it's been going on for years, and it's not getting better, and no one's even trying to fix it, and everyone's fine with it. Customer orientation is zero with this attitude. Thank you for another spoiled mood, time and nerves, as well as for watching matches at home, instead of your favorite arena with the team. And buy the remaining tickets for 300 rubles for the match and 1200 rubles for a place in the playoffs yourself.

If events continue to sell their tickets only on the pro ticket, then they should understand that some of those who want to simply drop out due to the inability to buy tickets due to an elementary website that does not work from different devices. However, the service itself ignores the problem.

The money was refunded, but only a little more than 50%, since part of the ticket amount is the site's commission, and the deduction from the remaining part is another 25%, and this is two months before the event... I purchased tickets for the performance on 12/27/2025, but circumstances changed, and I had to contact the technical support website about the issue of ticket refunds. And then it started, on December 23, I wrote that I wanted to refund the tickets, on December 24, 2025, on the 10th attempt, they accepted the documents for refund, that they would refund the money within 3 days. Today, on December 29, the money was not returned to the card, we did not get to the event, and I made the refund 5 days before the performance. After repeated attempts to clarify with the operator when the money will be refunded, no one says anything intelligible. Just in a rough way, they say wait for the holidays. It's a terrible office, never buy tickets through them, otherwise you'll run out of money and won't get to the event.

I've encountered this "service" for the first and last time. I bought tickets to the event through them, but the plans changed and I had to turn them in. 1.5 weeks of correspondence with their "support", requesting the same information 3 times, after the call they wrote and finally confirmed that the request was accepted and the money would be returned within 3 days, and 3 days later they sent an email that you should contact the event organizer for a refund. That's why we kept 25% of the ticket amount for this wild "service". It's a disgusting office! Let them go bankrupt and close down as soon as possible. I really look forward to seeing a human, customer-oriented service in this area. In the meantime, it's better to take tickets only directly from the organizer!

The worst website for ticket sales. It is better to liquidate your organization forever. Hockey tickets every year for the playoffs cannot be bought. It's the same situation every year. Everything is buggy, freezes, slows down and nothing works. You know that there will be such a situation. Why not do something to improve the ticket sales system? They sold a ticket, someone entered my ticket, accused me of leaking my ticket somewhere on the Internet or letting friends pass and said that they only sell "high-quality services". The support refused to help, they respond according to the script, no one will say the banal words "sorry". They redirect some people to solve problems not from the company . I don't know, but in my opinion, the scammers on kufara /avito respected me more. Don't buy tickets from them, vote with your wallet.

The site easily breaks down due to the number of people. At the same time, the same thing happens at the checkout, sitting at home with a phone or standing for three hours makes no difference. Tickets may be shown on the website, but they may not actually be there (they are not selected, + the cashier says "no tickets") Considering that this is the only platform for buying tickets to a hockey match, it is a complete disappointment. I would also like to mention the resellers and the lack of restrictions on buying tickets on hand. You sit on the website for 5 hours, you go to the ticket office and you can't buy a ticket because an unemployed uncle bought 40 tickets at a time)

I bought tickets to the Bring Me The Horizon concert last year. The concert was postponed to this year, this year the concert was canceled. On March 3, 2022, an application for a refund was submitted, they were fed breakfast for three months and it is unknown how much more they would have been fed further. But as soon as I sent a written claim for a refund, the money was returned the next day. Without a claim, it is not known how much longer I would have waited for the money and whether I would have waited for it at all. Therefore, I advise everyone who has a similar situation to do the same, most likely it will significantly speed up the return. I do not recommend the company. One star, just because you can't put 0/5.

It's a disgrace... I bought tickets for stereo weekend, one of the tickets for a pensioner. There is 0 information about a 50% discount on the website. The ticket costs 105 rubles. I accidentally found out that there was a discount and called them to hand over the ticket without commission and buy at a discount. So they either didn't know they had a discount for retirees, or worse, they pretended they didn't know. And after my call, they immediately wrote on the website about the discount, and that's all 2 DAYS before the event, when everyone had already bought tickets, and when there was half a day left to hand them over. They refused to refund the full price for the DIGITAL ticket. I'm going to avoid this shit from now on.
