The apartment was ordered to be cleaned after renovation. An employee of the company arrived to evaluate the premises and the upcoming work. Everything went well; she announced that the cleaning was "turnkey". After that, a cleaning date was set. There were no problems when communicating with the manager, but they arose when we arrived to clean the premises. I want to start with a seemingly unobtrusive question from an employee: "Did the equipment not arrive?" It's weird, but okay. Next, I would like to note that those with whom cleaning issues were discussed and those who were directly involved in it are from different companies or, at least, interact poorly. The cleaners did not have up-to-date information about cleaning the apartment, therefore, the cleaning was not carried out on request. There is only one name for turnkey cleaning. There was dust on the surfaces, in some places it had not been cleaned at all, in some places there were streaks, and individual items had not been thoroughly washed. But I would like to point out that the windows are washed perfectly. I do not recommend considering this company if you plan to order cleaning after repair work.

Excellent quality of services! I ordered a window cleaner (a difficult case and a difficult job ahead). The girl Vasilina, who arrived at the order, was very tactful, polite and professional. I had a change of shoes with me. I did the job carefully and efficiently. We planned to do it in 5 hours, but due to the complexity of the order, the girl worked all 8 hours, but she achieved perfect cleanliness of the windows (sashes, frames, hard-to-reach places, fasteners - she paid attention to everything). The windows are as good as new! I can't help but note the cleanliness, both during the cleaning and upon its completion - everything is clean, neat - no traces. I highly recommend it.
