Excellent quality of services! I ordered a window cleaner (a difficult case and a difficult job ahead). The girl Vasilina, who arrived at the order, was very tactful, polite and professional. I had a change of shoes with me. I did the job carefully and efficiently. We planned to do it in 5 hours, but due to the complexity of the order, the girl worked all 8 hours, but she achieved perfect cleanliness of the windows (sashes, frames, hard-to-reach places, fasteners - she paid attention to everything). The windows are as good as new! I can't help but note the cleanliness, both during the cleaning and upon its completion - everything is clean, neat - no traces. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was ordered to be cleaned after renovation. An employee of the company arrived to evaluate the premises and the upcoming work. Everything went well; she announced that the cleaning was "turnkey". After that, a cleaning date was set. There were no problems when communicating with the manager, but they arose when we arrived to clean the premises. I want to start with a seemingly unobtrusive question from an employee: "Did the equipment not arrive?" It's weird, but okay. Next, I would like to note that those with whom cleaning issues were discussed and those who were directly involved in it are from different companies or, at least, interact poorly. The cleaners did not have up-to-date information about cleaning the apartment, therefore, the cleaning was not carried out on request. There is only one name for turnkey cleaning. There was dust on the surfaces, in some places it had not been cleaned at all, in some places there were streaks, and individual items had not been thoroughly washed. But I would like to point out that the windows are washed perfectly. I do not recommend considering this company if you plan to order cleaning after repair work.

I ordered a general cleaning of a very polluted apartment from this company. Complete lack of professionalism. A lot of bugs. The cleaners left dirty handles in the kitchen, baseboards, a socket, a battery, the tiles in the bathroom were poorly and partially washed, they sent another person to fix the defects, he also failed. They asked for an additional fee for correcting the shortcomings. The apartment needs to be washed completely, the visible places have been removed. The degree of contamination of the apartment was agreed in advance and I sent a video and a photo. I paid 620 rubles to wash the apartment.

I strongly advise against contacting this company. A 2-room empty apartment was provided (which simplifies cleaning) to move in after the previous tenants, and it was necessary to do a general cleaning, which was actually agreed upon. Everything was seemingly not bad, they promised a perfectly clean apartment. After the "acceptance" of the work done, I had to drive and show that they would clean the house and generally that something would be washed. They approached the wishes irresponsibly and shamelessly. I had to do the general cleaning myself, throwing 520p in the trash. There was no promised service agreement either. I enclose the result after cleaning the promised perfectly clean apartment.

I think this is unacceptable!! I called, and they told me that their clinic had texted (not to the customer for some reason), that she had been called to the prosecutor's office (it was Saturday for a minute).
