How many times have we passed by. There are no cooks all the time, which means there is no food (neither in the morning nor at lunch). So much money has been spent on renting the premises and interior, and the cafe is empty during the most crowded hours. It feels like the owner isn't in the country at all and doesn't even know what's going on. Or it's made for money laundering. There is no menu in either Russian or English, which is strange considering that there are several Russian-speaking kindergartens and schools around, and parents of children would love to have breakfast and lunch in a new place.
