I liked the place, the location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, everything is stylized, even the bathrooms are marked with images of Pirosmani paintings, there were few visitors at lunchtime, so there are no questions about the service, the waiters are friendly, help with the choice of dishes, the food is very tasty: I highly recommend kharcho soup and khinkali in Tiflis. The weight of the dishes is indicated, so you can orient yourself to your appetite, khinkali to choose from 3-5 pieces, convenient. There is a small cozy veranda outside, but in the heat it was more convenient in the main hall with air conditioning to Georgian tunes, the check was 50 BYN with a glass of semi-dry white. I recommend it to lovers of Georgian cuisine.

The food is of high quality, I recommend it to fans of Georgian cuisine. The prices are above average, but the quality is incomparably better than chain establishments such as Khinkalnaya
But what I didn't like was saving on literally everything. Napkins, which are cheaper to find, are especially touching. It is extremely unpleasant to use such napkins when you eat khinkali with your hands, the paper sticks and remains on your fingers. In addition, it's time to update the bathrooms, they have been in need of repair for a long time.

I recommend that the restaurant management does not allow new waiters who have not completed an internship to self-service. The last time was in the middle of March, my table was served by a new waitress who did not know the menu, but at the same time she was talking such nonsense with a confident face that it was even somehow embarrassing for the establishment. At the same time, after several of my clarifying questions about the menu and cooking technology, she said that she was working for the second day, came temporarily from another Georgian restaurant, which is currently undergoing renovation, and dreams of getting back as soon as possible. This is certainly not good for business

Khinkali - I'm sorry, I'll compare it with Khinkali, and in Tiflis they are much better, just as much as they are much more expensive.
Champignons in kets - here the comparison is not in favor of Tiflis. In Tiflis, they simply chopped champas and slightly covered them with cheese, when, as in Khinkalna, they are only caps without legs abundantly sprinkled with cheese.
Lavash with cheese and barbecue in Mtskheta - delicious, but a little dry. This is the problem of cooking 2 meats, while one is cooked, the second is hopelessly dry. It will go with wine or beer. For an amateur.
Lemon pie - cake, lemon jam and cookie crumbs. What's the point? I didn't understand. Doubtful, but...Oh, it would be better to give a piece of baklava.
