On 28.10.2017 from 18.25 we were at the Georgian restaurant "Tiflis", Minsk, Tolbukhina str., 3 ...the day before, two weeks in advance, we went to dinner, and along the way, book a table for October 28th...The administrator Alyona, as it seemed, correctly perceived everything, stipulated that we would be three (with a child, 13 years old), chose a distant hall, more cozy, a table near the window...the PLACE was CLEARLY AGREED UPON, there were sofas on both sides, he was for four, my friend and I celebrated his birthday, we both love Georgian cuisine, we visited Georgia, and we knew that we would eat a lot and slowly... In general, on the 28th this lady was not there, there was another person, Dima Zhernakov, in a plaid shirt, shaved bald with a beard...Shifty eyes, here he is, and he tried to ruin our evening...He pointed to a small table, for two, near the aisle... that is, the three of us were supposed to be there...having shrunk...eating with a child who was uncomfortable is cramped, but this one is booked by other people...it was disgusting and unpleasant to listen to his haltingly exculpatory tirade... and, allegedly, he heard how we ordered him a few weeks ago... We didn't even see him then, an unconscionable lie... I persuaded a namesake friend not to spoil our holiday (he wanted to raise a scandal because of this scoundrel), especially since everything secret becomes clear... About an hour later, a huge, overweight man with his wife and a girl of about 8 years old came, and as this administrator groveled in front of him, it was clear that the man was a frequent guest here... They had dinner on duty and left... This is where the reputation of this institution manifests itself... I don't know, maybe it comes from the owner...But we're not coming here anymore... About the food... in general, it's not bad, of course, the kebab is far from Georgian, hard...but khachapuri and kharcho are not bad...we ordered about 10 different dishes, some repeatedly, and still tried to enjoy the meal... having sat down at this table... a waitress, not a bad, nimble red-haired girl...we did not give a tip, on principle, not because she forgot what to carry, we were both in "Old Tiflis, and in "Natus he", Tamara there (a very correct and attentive administrator), I think she would never have done that...we leave 10-15% everywhere, for tea, this is normal...but here, in this restaurant, we were very unpleasantly surprised, both by the lies of this Chaldean, and by the advice of the waitress, they say it will be a lot for you (food)...dissuaded, or something ... (it is necessary to instruct the service staff so that they do not tell customers about the abundance of food, it is not their business)...funny... if it wasn't so sad... This is not Georgian hospitality....
