The main advantage is the location of the hotel: three minutes to Republic Square, five minutes to the Vernissage. Opposite is a 24-hour supermarket, currency exchangers. The staff are very pleasant and helpful people, they will answer questions and prompt you. The breakfasts were like visiting my grandmother, I liked it. The room was small, clean and cozy. The bedside lamp is missing. Since the room was on the ground floor, the view from the window is not the most beautiful. The good audibility was a bit annoying, everything that is said in the lobby and at the reception can be heard very well. There's also a subway running under the hotel, and you can hear it too. But it didn't bother us.

In general, we like the Hotel , it is convenient , near the center , we stop for transit for a day or two not for the first time . There are advantages : clean linen , floor , shower ,good staff , TV , safe ... But dirty curtains are disgusting , the walls could also be painted, or at least the wallpaper could be changed on a budget , but not to jam them with patches , I also wish there was at least a small table , it 's not convenient for a snack on the bedside table , well And it's a little dark in terms of lighting.

The room is OK, I had a deluxe room, I paid 180,000 AMD for 5 nights, which is kind of awesome, for this amount you could stay in an Ibis. There was no breakfast, I went in once, everything was already dying there, flies were flying, the dining room was in the basement. The audibility is too good, you can hear every subway train and how the staff communicates in the lobby, there are usually 5 people sitting here and chatting loudly. They don't do the cleaning until you put up a sign for them to clean up. The curtains couldn't be opened because the room was on the 1st floor and there was a view of the homeless/construction workers' lodge, so I always had to keep the curtains closed. 2 stars for a good location

A great hotel for a pleasant price. It is located in the very center of Yerevan, 5 minutes on foot from Republic Square, all the sights are within walking distance. Brand new room, plumbing, furniture, bed linen. The child was provided with an extra bed instead of sleeping on the couch. A good, hearty breakfast. And special thanks to the staff, they were very hospitable, warmly welcomed and treated.

4 days before check-in, the hotel informed me that it could not receive me. I got through, the girl replied that the sewage system was not working in the entire hotel, but other bookings had not been canceled and rooms were available on booking. The hotel does not offer any alternatives, they refuse to move into a building with a working sewer system. The most unfair attitude towards tourists, unwillingness to solve the problem. To present an action that amounts to fraud in less than a week with dubious arguments.

One of the disadvantages is a very modest breakfast, we stayed for 3 days, all these days the same thing and a choice of literally 4 dishes. We also need to take into account that the subway runs under the hotel and, living on the 2nd floor, we could hear it perfectly. In principle, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and the corridor. 😅

The rooms are very tired, our room did not have curtains in the shower, water flowed in all directions, the watering can was broken, splashed through cracks in all directions, the toilet seat on the toilet is from another model, installed awry, towels are old, air conditioning with faulty blinds, blew strictly on the bed, because it hangs directly above it It won't work at night, the socket is only on one side of the bed, the mattress is old, with a dependent spring block, this is when one person turns over - the second feels. It's a pity that you don't know all these little things when booking. The only available room, which was offered to us in return, looks even worse, we had to move to another hotel. Dear hotel staff, please repair the rooms in a timely manner, and not after the guests tell you to do so.

The next day, they changed it to a crib, because the bottom was broken.…Luxury! There are drain ladders on the bathroom floor, where the lids are knocked down by their feet, they have sharp edges. There is a subway under the hotel. It's shaking noticeably. View of the construction site. On weekends, at 7:55 a.m., the sound of the punchers is already there. There are half-washed plates in the dining room. TVs are not connected to the Internet. Located in the center, convenient. Everything else is a minus for me. The Suite;) by the way!

The hotel is in terrible condition. When we arrived to settle in, it felt like we had come to a furniture factory. The staff said that they had closed the second of the hotels and they had moved the garbage, there is no other way to call it, to this one. We printed out the documents, five times they told us that they had delicious breakfasts and we went to the room. And then the horror. I have never felt such fear even in my nightmares. Cobwebs meet you everywhere, the toilet is smelly, hair is scattered in every corner. There are some old papers under the bed, and the pillow smells like dogs slept on it. Another huge disadvantage is that there is a metro station under the hotel. A lying representative said that the subway is no longer working at 10 pm, it works even at 12 at night. The guys were very bragging about the buffet. It is a pity that it is not possible to post a video response. Of the 5 people who were at breakfast, only the cockroaches ate, of which there are a lot. We asked for a refund for the remaining nights, which was sweetly refused. Then, after consulting among themselves, they returned half of it. NEVER SETTLE HERE.

I was in transit in Yerevan, spent the night at this hotel for several hours.I booked a regular room, and I was settled in a euro room, for two, with a wide bed)they told me to get a better night's sleep, it's nice to have that attitude)the hotel is located in the very center of the city, which is very affordable and convenient in order to see the city, I managed to get around the entire center and even more in a few hours!The room was great, everything you needed!very attentive attitude to tourists:they lifted my suitcase to the 3rd floor, I was allowed to leave my things before the plane after eviction, from minus, in the morning I heard the subway going, I thought it was street trams, but no. They provided absolutely the wrong room (allegedly there is no light in the reserved room, since it was turned off in the building. But it is unclear how in the same building in some rooms the light was centrally turned off, and in some it was not. And why can't you check into the room if the lights are turned off temporarily. But come on))) We were shown three dead rooms, completely different from what I had booked. But after 10 hours on the road and a day without sleep, I didn't have the strength to look for something else. Probably, this is the calculation in this institution. As a result, the room was dirty, the air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work, and the TV did not work in the second. And at 9 a.m., sleep was interrupted thanks to an eerily loud working bump right outside the window. I would not recommend this "hotel" to anyone, it was terrible. The girl at the reception did not even apologize for the room changes and in general, gave the impression that she was doing a favor, not her job. In the photo, for example, a dirty sofa with stains (and torn decorative pillowcases on it, which were put on it to cover other stains. And a dirty shower) Disgusting, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
