Level 4 Local Expert

The best cafe on the coast. Only fish, only beer. The trick is that freshly caught and smoked fish are served at a certain time. The time when it is ready is written in chalk on the blackboard. Several types of fish:sea bass, Bream, Flounder, Eel, Mackerel, Catfish, all 5, Eel 50. A few more beers. Permonal speaks Russian. Everything is fresh and very tasty cooked.
