The deepest disappointment from the work of the factory itself and the sales salon.
In total, 11 pieces of furniture were ordered, 2 at one point of sale, 9 at another salon. There were no problems with the first two pieces of furniture. On positive emotions, they placed an order for almost all the other furniture in the apartment in the salon on Bogdanovich. Then the problems started, one after another.
Bedside tables were brought with the wrong facades, which were specified in the contract. The panel was damaged during transportation of the cabinet. The lacquer coating on the horizontal surfaces of the bedside tables and dressing table is not suitable for use outside the museum. There are traces of everything, from the laptop, from the vase, etc. The TV stand and coffee table were ordered in a certain color according to NCS, which two other manufacturers of other furniture have already worked with. They were sent for repainting 5-6 times, representatives of Liga-LKM, a supplier of paint and varnish products at the factory, came and took a part of the console, which they ordered from another manufacturer, as a sample for the selection of paint. We were assured that they have all the necessary equipment for the perfect selection of paint, next time everything will be great. And again, no.
In the course of all these adventures, the question of financial compensation for all our suffering was raised. At first, the salon director said that it was necessary to discuss with the factory, later she said that the contract was concluded with the salon and compensation from them. As a result, there is no compensation at all, neither from the factory nor from the salon. I was just told that the factory was not to blame, it did not refuse to repaint everything, everything within 2 weeks, as it should be under the law on consumer protection. And we didn't even pay for the furniture to be picked up and brought back. Probably they should have... The League-LCM is not to blame either, they should have been told earlier that the color should match other pieces of furniture of the same color according to the NCS. I still didn't understand who should have warned them and when, and why the other two furniture manufacturers did it the first time. Well, the salon tried to help us. No one is to blame. At the same time, there is an additional fee for everything that is not standard (size, color, etc.). We were not even offered to refund the surcharge for the color, which we could not receive.
I definitely do not recommend it. We placed the order on 03.01.2024, in fact we left everything at home on 05/20/2024, since we no longer had moral and emotional strength. The processes are not delivered either at the factory or in the salon. This is both weak management and the attitude in general towards the client, who is supposed to be happy that everything is eliminated within 2 weeks, as it should be by law, it does not matter even the number of approaches to elimination and the fact that in the end it still did not work out. As in the joke, but we tried. If someone takes a risk, I advise you not to make a 100% prepayment, as we did. For the sake of fairness, I want to mention the work of the salon designer, who helped with the layout of the cabinet, facades, and the work of the furniture installation wizard. They worked perfectly.
