**Terrible service and irresponsible administrator!** As for the kitchen, this is a separate topic. We were praised for the dishes, but in fact we received food that is hardly worthy. I would especially like to mention the work of an administrator named Nurdaulet. It was just outrageous! We booked a table in the upper hall, in the corner, especially for a comfortable evening. However, when we arrived, we had to wait for the table to be cleared. But the most unpleasant thing began later. Nurdaulet came up and started lying to our face, claiming that this table was allegedly booked earlier by other people. As it turned out, the "other people" were his friends, with whom he subsequently sat and rested right during his work shift! This behavior is not just unacceptable, it completely destroys the impression of your institution. Nurdaulet's rudeness and illiteracy were obvious. Not only did he not apologize for the incident, but he continued to blatantly lie to justify his incompetence. I recommend replacing the administrator as soon as possible with a more professional person who will respect customers and their responsibilities. Your bar urgently needs to improve the level of service, otherwise you will lose many customers.
