Eduard helped at every stage and steadfastly answered my anxious and panicked questions, since I had never moved anywhere before and had never encountered the transportation of things, especially to another continent)) I packed my things, made an inventory according to the recommendations. Things were picked up by the courier service from home, I didn't have to go anywhere. We were sent to Domodedovo, there was a need to store things until the moment of my departure from Istanbul airport, new rules, without data on departure to the country of departure of the cargo, it cannot be processed at customs. We kept it as long as it took, I did not incur any additional costs. I have paid the amount originally agreed upon. Delivery to Canada from Domodedovo took 4 days! Perfect! If anyone is interested, we ourselves went to Toronto airport to receive the cargo, we did not resort to the help of agents.It's quite simple. First, the customs should release it, put a seal on the documents, then they were taken away from the airline's warehouse. The customs did not charge us a penny of duty. However, they did not hand over the cargo until we decided on the value of the cargo. We indicated that everything was used and we named the amount of $ 1000 in a focused way and that's it! They gave us the documents and we went to receive the cargo. I think that in each specific situation they decide how much and from whom to collect, They paid only about $ 200 Canadian for services in the air carrier's warehouse. If necessary, of course, I will contact TSM again!

I am very happy . This is really an express delivery. Before contacting here, I called several other carrier companies and the answer was ambiguous : from 6 days delivery and 20k price .... This option absolutely did not suit me. It was necessary to forward the passport and some other documents from Italy to Russia and back. In modern realities, when there are absolutely no options left (large companies do not carry parcels in the Russian Federation, small ones still somehow carry parcels, but there are no documents), TMS turned out to be literally the only choice. The courier took the documents the very next day, they chose delivery 8-10 calendar days, everything arrived on time. During the return shipment, too, everything went fine, the courier even brought an envelope for documents (when they were sent, I had to run myself to find it). Of the minuses, there is no track number all the way (only from Italy to Almaty, but not to the Russian Federation), it was very exciting, since the company was unfamiliar, and the passport was sent, but the manager convinced that they were taking it further themselves and there was nothing to worry about. And the price is quite expensive, previously it would have been possible to send documents three times for the same amount. But in any case, I am very grateful to TMS, because otherwise I would not have been able to send anything at all.
