Hello. I didn't know where to write my review. So I'll leave it here :) I bought a MacBook from this Time-UP company. I have already unpacked and configured it. And I'll say that everything is okay, everything is fine, the original, everything is clean. I was really worried at first. In terms of communication with the store, everything was fine too. We agreed on delivery and delivered on time. And if there were any questions, I could call back and they always answered me on delivery. I am very happy about the purchase. I ordered an ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 laptop, the day before the day of issue I wrote in order to clarify the readiness of the product. They replied that the nearest delivery date for this laptop is in five days. When asked why I should wait another five days, I was answered verbatim, "well, don't wait." On the offer to concede in price, I received an offer of a ridiculous discount, by the standards of the price of this laptop (less than 2% of its original cost). If you want to save your time, avoid this company.

If there is a definition of customer orientation somewhere, then it was written according to the work of this store. Time Up turned out to be the only one of the six stores I called, where we went to a meeting, found the necessary phone model and promptly ordered it from dealers. Moreover, they also sold at the cheapest price from the entire catalog! The guys, selling almost at a loss, value their reputation. It is important for them to help the client. Покупала ноутбук HP 255 G8 45R27ES. Замечательные отзывчивые и понимающие менеджеры. Был самовывоз, пошли на встречу и ради одного моего заказа приехали на пункт самовывоза в воскресение. Огромное спасибо за это! Очень приятные в опщении, все рассказали и объяснили, ответили на все вопросы, сделали хорошую гравировку, установили ПО. Спасибо еще раз за помощь в приобретении рабочего инструмента!

Recently, I urgently needed a Xiaomi TV A2 43 for a gift, and the Time Up store coped with this task at the highest level.

Редкие клоуны , оплата по терминалу даже на сайте написана , звоню - говорю , доставка по Минску , оказывается у них один терминал , и курьер не может привезти его, говорю окей , приеду , пишу на следующий день - уже только наличкой )) по телефону тоже самое , раз 5 пытался уговорить на наличку меня . Не советую эту шарашкину контору , оператор там вообще под водкой походу

I don't want to pay a commission, that's understandable. But the card payment is indicated on the website! The lure.
