The hotel for the region level is excellent, the service is on the top. Very welcoming staff. Their food in restaurant is awesome as well as the breakfast is brilliant.

Pool cost 150000 extra , furniture very dirty and nobody cleaned table after last guests .
In the room air temperature could not be regulated.
The door of the room could not be locked .
At the restaurant meals and drinks were several times "forgotten"

In my opinion, the hotel is number 1 in the city of Navoi. The staff is friendly and caring. The rooms are spacious, cozy, warm and clean. The breakfast is wonderful. Even when it was satisfying, I wanted to stay and try other sweets, fruits and food. Next time, I will definitely choose Tinchlik Plaza.

An excellent hotel. The design of the room is very beautiful, the territory is well maintained, beautiful. There is a fountain. The staff is very friendly, even the doorman is available. I can't rate the breakfasts that are included in the price, because we all overslept, breakfast until 10.00. But we were happy to visit the Russian pub. Great place, delicious beer and super cuisine. The beds are large and the mattresses are comfortable. But... there is still one "BUT", it's an IRON!! I advise you to take a small travel iron with you, because the hotel will give you an iron of Soviet times, without steam (photo attached) I almost burned my dress with it.
The prices for the rooms are very reasonable. I advise everyone to visit. The best hotel in this city

If the coffee is not paid, then it is not tasty at all, maybe it was made specifically for coffee marketing. After the staff picks up the used towels, they forget to put new clean ones. A very comfortable hotel. Breakfasts are just a gastronomic paradise. The room has everything you need: a safe, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a kettle. Tea, coffee, and water are brought every day. The room is cleaned every day. Free fitness club.
There are saunas (50,000 soums per person per hour) - there are Finnish and Turkish saunas with a swimming pool.
Polite and courteous administrators.
The only inconvenience is every evening weddings, corporate parties under the windows (but before 11 pm, no later). Noise and tongues don't bother me.

In room 316, it stinks of cigarettes for the third day from 08/19/2024, did not pay attention, did not apply, 08/20/2024 in the morning it stank of cigarettes again, I thought okay, check out after 12:00 maybe the one who smokes will come out, 08/20/2024 on the night of 21 I turned to the reception for a while the issue was resolved, turned on ventilation sprayed with freshener okay, in the morning 08/21/2024 it stank again, now in the evening on 08/21/2024 it stinks of cigarettes again, apparently the smell is coming through the ventilation. I applied to the reception, but it still stinks.

Great hotel, great rooms. Everything is done very well for the money, the Internet is normal. It has a wonderful restaurant that serves delicious dishes and a large selection, and there is a pub in the basement, but I haven't been there yet. A good enough hotel. Polite staff, clean rooms, there is hot and cold water))) delicious food in the restaurant. But there are minor flaws: the room is not always fully equipped (there are not enough towels, slippers, bathroom accessories, few good channels in Russian). But in general, I am happy with the hotel. In the vicinity there is a mahalla with cafes and a bazaar within walking distance is very convenient.
