A wonderful hotel, has everything you need: three towels, a bathrobe, slippers, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, you can contact the staff and they will wash and iron things.
The rooms have heating and hot water. The rooms also have a refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea, coffee, sugar.
White cotton bed linen, comfortable mattress.
A very responsive administrator, helped with everything.
A very varied breakfast, natural coffee (coffee machine).
This is probably the best hotel from my trip to Uzbekistan.

Everything would be fine, BUT!
1. Problems with water: you're standing in the shower soapy, and the water has disappeared somewhere. And wait until the pump is sorted out. And if I lived alone, how and from whom to ask for help when you can't even get dressed? And so on for three days in a row.
2. The Internet is there, but it is not! There are repeaters on every floor, but they just don't pick up the signal from the main router.
3. There are thick curtains, but they cannot close the window.
4. Wooden mattresses, the cheapest.
5. There are breakfasts, but the choice is small, generally edible.
The price of 650,000 for a double room is not justified. Four—person - 750,000.
Among the advantages: the furniture is pleasant to the eye, there is a balcony. The hotel looks stylish from the outside.
I traveled all over the country for work — there were no problems with water anywhere. Why are you so careless about your business? You seem to be trying to make it beautiful, but practicality is a problem. Bad, very bad.

I checked in on March 22nd, checked in earlier than booked. The staff is excellent, the room is super recommended, as soon as I am in Urgench, I will always check in with them. The room has everything you need, toilet, shower towel as many as 3 pieces. Thanks again to the management and especially to the staff.

**Hotel Disappointment
We stayed at this hotel with our family for a week and, unfortunately, were extremely unhappy.
Poor service**
The reception staff is not attentive
Discrepancy between price and quality**
For such money (and the hotel is clearly not a budget one), we expected at least basic comfort.
The water was turned off periodically
The electricity was cut off
** Bottom line**: never again. I do not recommend spending money and nerves here.

The staff, with the exception of one employee, is barely alive! The breakfasts are terrible, during the week that I lived there, the burgers and part of the buffet did not change, the assortment is like in the cheapest dining room! The room on the ground floor is noisy! In fact, this is a hostel! I hope they fix their service!

Nice little hotel. Fresh. Well located. A good breakfast. Excellent attitude of the staff. I came with a bicycle. They allowed me to leave the box in the warehouse. Then he also left large bicycle backpacks. Upon departure (early), we ordered a taxi and helped to load up. It was important. We helped in solving any issues related to transport and organization of stay.

My stay at the tinchlik plaza hotel was something peculiar, I felt as if I had visited European luxury hotels
The hotel surprised me with its staff who were always happy to help
I didn't have any language problems as I was fluent in English and the staff also spoke it
In the morning, I enjoyed trying the buffet dishes with different national dishes
The interior was in European styles

In Urgench for the first time, I chose the Tinchlik hotel, an excellent location closer to the airport, a good hotel, the staff was polite, the administrator (I couldn't remember the name, with a beard) helped and suggested where to eat. The food is good.

The hotel is good for Urgench, it is located in the city center. Breakfast is edible in the morning, you can eat enough. Nice decoration, comfortable beds. The disadvantages are unstable WiFi, a non-working kettle in the room and the lack of free water.
