The guys know how to work! I regularly service their automatic transmission for Audi a6 c7 (robot). Attentive and courteous service. Running supplies are always available. The necessary spare parts are searched for and purchased for the needs of the client, there is no need to run yourself. The scope and type of work and their cost are discussed in advance. They always orient you by the time when you can pick up the car, and in my case, everything was kept accurate. In December 2025, I had to apply unscheduled: the car stopped in the middle of the city, the box went into emergency mode and refused to go any further. Tiptronic promptly scheduled a diagnosis on the same day. They recommended a partner with a tow truck, who picked up the car and delivered it to them. Everything is organized and clear. After the diagnosis, the repair process and its cost were discussed. Only after my consent did they start making it. In my case, a part in the mechatronics was replaced and the box came to life.
