Today I came across an extremely unpleasant situation in one of the establishments of the park of culture and recreation, namely a shooting gallery on the territory. After paying for a service for my child at the checkout, I was suddenly subjected to an aggressive verbal attack by a woman working behind the counter (possibly a cashier or a tenant). The reason for her anger was the phone I was holding in my hands. Despite the fact that I did not commit any actions that could violate anyone's rights, the employee began to loudly accuse me of filming visitors and herself, shouting and accusing us of rudeness. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable in a place that positions itself as a family recreation park. I came here to please my child, but instead I got stressed out by a perhydrol lady. I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism from the staff, but instead I was faced with unreasonable aggression. I am sure that such situations undermine the reputation of the institution. I strongly recommend that you do not visit it until the administration takes control of the quality of service. I ask the park management to pay attention to this incident: to have a conversation with the staff, implement rules of communication with visitors and prevent a repeat of this. Parks of culture and recreation should be a space where a friendly atmosphere prevails, and not a place where visitors are insulted for no reason. The weapon itself is quite outdated, each bullet needs to be loaded, it is not modern equipment that can be found in other cities. But maybe someone will be interested in vintage of this kind. In principle, I wouldn't have left a negative review if the woman behind the counter hadn't attacked us.
