I bought a Verbatim webcam yesterday. Her autofocus is jumping + the picture quality is poor. I decided to call the store to find out if I could return it and buy it at a higher price (three times). An employee from another department picked up the phone and told him to call again, saying that the staff of the corresponding department, where they sell webcams (second floor), would pick up the phone the second time. I called three or four times. The first call was simply not accepted, and several more calls were cut off on purpose by picking up and putting down the phone. Is this normal at all? I am a regular customer, I have thousands of dollars worth of purchases. And they don't even want to answer my phone?
