I brought the wheels just for balancing. What I got in the end... 1) I can't evaluate the balancing quality, it doesn't seem to vibrate, that's all. 2) The old weights weren't even peeled off, they just added extra ones, and not even in the places where the old ones were. On some wheels, it turned out that the weights are glued in four places (2 groups of weights on the outer and outer sides of the rim)
3) The discs were not clean, but they did not bother to clean well at least the place where the loads were glued. In some places, the load is partially glued to the dirt, partially to the worn surface.
