Hello, we went to Gelendzhik from Tish Tour 20.08-02.09 to the guest house "Korsa". 39 Dekabristov Street.
The rest turned out to be rightfully "UNFORGETTABLE". The curtains in the room are not dirty, they are just gnarled, sticky in the hands from dust and dirt. They haven't been washed for a very long time. I didn't even want to touch them once again.
The smell of sewage constantly wafted into the room from the combined bathroom and toilet. The bed linen has not been changed for 10 days and no such offers have even been received. The same goes for cleaning. You need to keep the room clean yourself, and take out the garbage too.
I had to get the password from the Wi-Fi in search of the hostess. Freely available, as is generally accepted, in the room or on the refrigerator - there is simply no printout.
The air conditioner is very loud and interferes with the neighbors who sleep with the door open.
The description of the house indicates the availability of ironing boards and irons. In fact, there is one board and an iron for 3 floors. No one even said where the water for the iron is collected.
There are no microwaves in this whole house!!! Remove it from the description , otherwise it 's already in the plural !To heat up food- on gas in a frying pan. The dishes are just the worst in the kitchen. Antique SSR plates with chips and cracks. The cutlery is also in terrible condition. 2 blunt knives. The kitchen floor is stuck, no one washes it there and is not going to do it. Rags and sponges for washing dishes are also ugly.
The clotheslines broke off from the wind, we had to impose them ourselves, the owners are not even interested in such questions.
The cherry on the cake are cockroaches that move around all these kitchen utensils, these comrades also live in the room: in the closet and in the bathroom.
At 6 a.m., the shepherd starts barking, apparently asking the owners for a meal or a walk. The reaction of the owners is "lightning fast" -half an hour! The neighbor's cat is also connected to this op.
There is also the owner's cat, a poor animal, he is clearly ill, sneezing and wheezing. He crawls on the tables, where everyone has a "separate place on the terrace." He asks to eat. But the table should always be treated with antiseptic out of harm's way.

As for the organization of transportation to and from the place of rest. If it is so difficult for your escorts and drivers to answer passengers' questions. The drivers were freaking out and rudely answered an adequate question after 6 hours of the return journey, where, excuse me, is the dining room?! When we passed 5 of their sensible pieces along the way, and we were brought to some donuts?! The air conditioner was rarely turned on, and it was very hot and stuffy in the back of the bus from the engine. People were just suffering from the heat. The driver also wanted to forbid using the refrigerator, saying it was only for their personal use!
Reconsider your attitude in the field of human services! No one went for free, a lot of money was paid. And in fact, they don't give a damn. I won't apply anymore!

Всем привет. Только приехали с Геленджика. Хочу выразить особую благодарность водителям автобуса Николаю и Руслану, за отличное вождение. Ехали плавно и быстро. На все просьбы туристов реагировали без возмущение (остановится, открыть багажное отделение, мини. рынок) и. т. д. И ещё хочу отметить чистый, ухоженный, и комфортабельный автобус. Думаю это их тоже заслуга. Побольше таких водителей как они.
