A good family entertainment center. Prices are reasonable prices. Pleasant service. A nice children's area. Bowling has as many as 10 lanes. 4 stars only because of the limited menu. I would really like to expand it.

In January 2024, I celebrated a child's birthday. The complex consists of 6 people, 8-10 years old. I really liked it! Nutrition: there was enough for everyone, the portion size is good. The animator is experienced, everything went great. We bought a laser tag. From 14-19 , the children were satisfied . The service is so-so. But I don't take off the star. The prices are reasonable.

The bowling is good, BUT we booked a track for 3 hours in 2 weeks, they also called us a day earlier and asked if we would come, she immediately said YES we would. But it turned out that we left our phone in the taxi and were 20 minutes late, and they gave us our lane because we didn't get to the right time, which is very unpleasant, we were like idiots moving from one lane to another.
I understand that there is a lot of traffic, but in such situations you take an advance payment and you do not need to give the tracks if people book earlier!
Harassment is only for the staff and their attitude!

Sofas are also not conveniently located, for example, people on track 6 are sitting on sofas, and on track 5 they are standing next to each other. The staff is not polite and not friendly, today a 6-year-old child accidentally threw a ball over the sides, called the administrator to help solve this problem, since she did not want to take risks and do something in her own way and incorrectly, in response she only clicked her displeasure and said in a rude way to explain to the children, excuse me, you are the administrator and of course, you have to follow the rules, you speak as if you are being called every minute, respect is 0! But the young man (the employee) who also helped, showed himself to be good. The sides are raised up to 9 years old, after 9 children without sides, the staff categorically refuses to raise them, it is not convenient when the child has not yet got the hang of it and the sides have already been removed. Also, after the previous player knocked down all the pins, the mechanism freezes for 2-3 minutes, it's unpleasant, the game can only be 1 hour, but it takes 15 minutes on average. In general, that place is so-so.

The prices are average, they don't bite much. The service is good (there is a button on each table to call the waiter, very convenient) I recommend it!!

Bowling is of a good level, sometimes the mechanism breaks down, we noticed it on tracks 3 and 8 (does not serve all the pins / just freezes for a couple of minutes), no compensation is provided for this, although for 2-3 hours of play it took at least 15-20 minutes at each session. A trifle, but unpleasant. In terms of balls, tracks, staff and atmosphere, everything is fine, there is an opportunity to order food and drinks to the table, the choice is not bad, pizzas, burgers, salads and cocktails were quite delicious.
At the last session, the room was extremely stuffy for all participants, there is not enough air conditioning /additional.ventilation.
But, in general, the place is good.

The staff strictly follows their rules not to lift the sides for children over 9 years old. In my opinion, it is worth reviewing the rules and raising the sides depending on the height and weight of the child, not his age!

Separately, I would like to say about the kitchen and the bar: the food is tasteless at all and cocktails are one name. Mojito is a sweet soda, a sprig of mint thrown on top and a couple of small pieces of ice. Pizza is greasy and there is little filling, burgers are dry and tasteless.
