A good gym. The gym is large and there are quite a lot of exercise machines, treadmills, etc. The locker room has a shower and sauna, as well as a separate room for martial arts. I advise you to visit this gym.

In fact, this is one of the best halls not only in the city of Grodno, but also in the whole of Belarus. New high-quality simulators, competently placed among themselves, create a convenient and comfortable movement of athletes. The staff is 101% "well-trained", courteous and responsive. But the guide deserves special attention! They approached the matter with all their heart and understanding of their business.An individual approach was organized for everyone: if you want strength training, please have a huge selection of simulators, if you want cardio, there is always a place, and for fans of crossfit loads there is a separate gym. Selection is individual for each, necessary and convenient subscriber. I am very pleased! I recommend it, after this gym you won't want to go to another one! Thanks guys, a room for body and soul! I have been studying intermittently for more than 10 years in total.This is the best gym , I think: 1.Separate cardio, strength, and crossfit zones 2. I work shifts, and the gym is open from 7 a.m., which allows me to go to the gym for 2 hours instead of sitting in my mobile after the night shift. 3. There are no days off and this is the most important thing that works every day, which is a privilege in Grodno. 4. The owner, David, works with everyone. 140killogram big guy, unlike the previous hall, understands how and why equipment is needed and is being looked after, serviced and replenished. 5. After coaching, going to the sauna is included in the abbreviation, of course, it doesn't make beer, but it's also a buzz:) P.S. It will sincerely impress you for all 10 years of coaching with this gym, honestly, I advise you to try unlimited for a month to start, if not, then see for yourself

A large new gym, stylishly decorated, a good selection of exercise equipment. There is a sauna. But not without disadvantages. Unstable tracks, you go on a run or put a slope of more than 3x and the track starts to swing. The 2nd minus is the music. Either acid or the bass is tearing up the whole room. A very strange and inconvenient choice for classes. It is often very loud and impossible to practice with dumbbells near the mirror. I noticed that most of the visitors are wearing headphones. Speaking of mirrors, it's also a strange arrangement, there are definitely not enough mirrors. A large mirror with dumbbells has places in the butt and more often you get in the way of those who work out on simulators. There are no mirrors in other areas with scales. And the mats. There are a couple of mats, there are not enough for everyone and some would do well to update, they are already starting to crumble and, as I understand it, they are not treated with anything, some of them have an unpleasant smell. There is also not enough place to lie down with a rug.

This is the best sports club in the city. Even taking into account the crowding in the evening, there is enough space. Special thanks for the sauna. The only thing missing is the air in the men's locker room. And so everything is great.

A great gym, a lot of different simulators, you won't have to stand in line. The price of the subscription is also pleasing, it is not expensive at all for such a hall. The only downside is that pancakes are not hung by weight - sometimes to get a pancake of 5 kg you have to take off a lot of pancakes of a different weight.
