I periodically ask for help with suspension diagnostics, I am very satisfied with the specialists, they will always show and tell everything, I repair myself (as a weekend hobby), but I am 99.9% sure that the specialists will do everything efficiently and better than I do in garage conditions😅
I ran into a problem with the air conditioner, it was back in the spring, before that for 2 years no service could clearly tell why frion was leaving, and I drove from gas station to gas station. I came to fill the tank in Titan, told the specialist about my pain, he offered to sign up for finding a leak, etc., the leak was found, everything was done, done quickly, literally in a day (I drove it in the morning, took it away in the evening), not cheap (although it depends on how much you estimate your comfort). I went to Minsk, then to Brest, and Frion came out, came back for diagnostics to find out what the problem was, the problem turned out to be in the rubber bands (it was difficult to detect right away), to my surprise, they did not take money for fixing this problem, everything was done under warranty.

Good afternoon, I have repeatedly addressed the guys at STO Titan, I have always been satisfied with the work done. The employees are polite, friendly and customer-oriented despite the frequent heavy workload.
I know most of the master receptionists and administrators by name and patronymic, they, in turn, also do not disdain somewhat informal communication, which leaves additional positive emotions and a pleasant impression.
They always undertook repairs, warning about the risks and necessarily coordinating with me the additional costs of repairing the car.
There were cases when I did not agree with the price of a spare part and offered my own solution. The staff always went to the meeting and did the job quickly. There were also cases that the service gave a discount on the work done, which is also nice.
There were also warranty cases when handling which there were no problems, all the shortcomings were eliminated.
There were cases when the wife contacted the service and having diagnosed the car (computer diagnostics and error reset), no one billed, referring to the insignificance of the malfunction for which it is a sin to bill.
In general, I highly recommend the service, because there were cases that a consultation was actually going to be held around my car to solve the problem.
