We went to the workshop to repair the dishwasher. The next day, the foreman (Pavel) arrived and removed the parts that he thought were out of order. A day later, he called and said that he needed to remove the second board, as it was most likely faulty too. We agreed that after showing the boards to the electrician, Pavel would call back and tell us the total amount of repairs, since they did not plan to pay a lot of money for repairs (it was easier to buy a new one). As a result, a week later, Pavel called back and said that the boards were ready, running in, but the cost of repairs was not discussed. We decided to abandon the repair in favor of a new dishwasher, since the warranty is only four months, and the amount is almost half of the new one. We were asked to return our parts, they were returned the next day, but not in a complete set.

More than a week ago, I left a request for a dishwasher repair on the website. They called back quickly, asked the question "what happened," and when he began to answer, they rudely interrupted and said with displeasure in their voice that the master would contact them. As you can imagine, no one contacted me, although considering the first call, I wasn't upset. If this is how they communicate with clients at the first stage, I'm afraid to imagine what happens next.
