Indeed, today it is the only visa application center where you can make an appointment on your own, without unnecessary costs and intermediaries!!! It is better to spend money on a pleasant visit to Italy than to pay travel agencies and visa managers a lot of money, especially during the season. For example, now the registration service through a visa manager in the area costs about 500€.
I signed up for a live queue myself and submitted the documents after 3 months, having previously familiarized myself with the list and all the requirements. Everything is explained in great detail on the website of the visa application center, but for some reason there are still many people who do not even really know what documents are needed to apply. They sign up in a live queue and arrive with half of the documents that are not ready and do not even know about registering on the website, creating a personal account, thereby slowing down the work of the visa center staff and the opportunity for others to get to submit documents. And many thanks to the staff for the prompt work and organization of the application process!!!

At the passport office, I was severely delayed in issuing my passport due to the large flow of people. It was Saturday, the visa application center was not working, and the filing was already on Monday, so I was able to get through only on Monday 06/24.24 in the morning at +375172001989 to ask what to do in such a situation and whether I could reschedule the filing date. The employee could have answered yes or no/redirected me to another specialist, but instead she did not listen to me, interrupted, said something rude and hung up the phone 😃👍🏼 The conversation lasted 18 seconds)))
The service leaves much to be desired, unfortunately, not everyone can work with people.

The institution is not spacious, but a good organization of the admission system and the reception schedule compensate for this. The staff is friendly. One of the disadvantages is that there is no space for people to sit down (you have to stand outside in an open space for a long time). Parking for cars and the city center make themselves felt (there is little parking space)

In 20 minutes, I changed my mind about applying for an Italian visa thanks to a dark bald employee. He yelled at the girl after the question, threatened that he would stand for another month. He was rude to another one too. You can visit this country in a simpler way and without humiliating yourself.

We came by appointment with a Premium feed. The question was with a signature. At the entrance, the girl assured that the issue could be resolved during the day (although it could be resolved in two minutes, they did not allow her to leave the building), she needed to consult with another one, who directly accepts documents in a separate office, personally. In this very office, we were told that it was no longer possible to leave it and enter, respectively, too. Allegedly, the signature should have been put in advance, at the entrance to the office. Now the question is, who, in the end, of the two, is incompetent in their work? I will definitely come back with a review as soon as they give an answer on the visa.
We do not argue, our mistake is here, but it was possible to get into the situation and solve the issue in two minutes, especially with a premium feed.
P.S. One star for the speed, which cost $ 285 for two!

По работе центра - вопросов нет, все быстро, все подскажут, помогут. Но сама ситуация с записями - это просто какой-то треш. Через сайт бесплатно не записаться, в запись по живой очереди - более 1000 человек на данный момент (конец июня 2023 года). Пришлось отстоять целый день в очереди, чтобы в итоге всё-таки туда попасть. И то - это мне очень сильно повезло !!!
Плюс из-за того, что приняли по неофициальной записи - дополнительная доплата, про которую никто не говорит заранее.
Надо реально что-то делать, сделайте запись только очно, с паспортом, чтобы люди могли записаться и прийти ко времени, а не караулить свободные места весь день!!
Есть люди, которым нужно ехать уже скоро, а они не могут пройти, потому что идут семьёй (4-5 человек - родители и дети), но их не могут пропустить по живой очереди, потому что время есть на обработку 1-2 человек, т.е. если ты один - намного проще податься, чем парой, семьёй и т.д. Надо реально что-то делать, это ненормально !!!

Такого цирка, давно не видела! Сотрудники визового центра Италии, всячески цепляются к документам, и пытаются Вам отказать при подаче документов! Для того, чтоб на это место моментально взять своего человека, за денежное вознаграждение! При записи на сайте, был указан мой номер телефона. Если я регистрирую свою маму (в силу ее возраста 60 лет) на подачу визы и занимаюсь всеми документами, при подаче в ВЦ у меня не спрашивают подтверждение записи, а спрашивают номер телефона на который была зарегистрирована запись, сверяют с номером телефона в анкете и пытаются на основании этого вас уже развернуть, если в анкете другой номер! Или как у мужа с женой был указан 1 номер телефона на двоих, тоже отказ! Если Вы сталкиваетесь с такими проблемами, требуйте у этих недобросовестных работников в письменном виде отказ почему они отказывают и пишите жалобу на ВЦ! Посольству Италии стоило бы провести проверку и сменить сотрудников !

Отличный визовый центр. Четко быстро и понятно. При подаче документов был вежливый и приятный персонал. Все большие профессионалы. Когда я приехал забирать паспорт охранник не впускал без защитной медицинской маски, при этом внутри все ходят без масок. За ускоренную подачу пришлось доплатить 35€, все было очень быстро, получил визу за неделю.

Сперва, в пятницу визовый центр Италии РАБОТАЕТ! С 9 часов утра!!!
Молодой человек, который помогает с распечаткой, спасибо большое, очень отзывчивый. Девушка на ресепшене((одна из), за гранью просто. В работе с людьми, важно понимать что не возможно знать ВСЕ. Когда работаешь на одном месте, конечно тебе все понятно и ясно. А человек, пришедший подавать доки впервые, в это посольство, совершенно адекватно нервничает и даже, порой, тупит.
На приеме документов девочки милые и терпеливые.
В целом, если бы не гонорливая дама на ресепшене(темная с длинным волосом), то все хорошо.
Есть фотокабина, компьютеры для пользования и принтер. Терминал на кассе присутствует.
Охрана на входе разъясняет порядок и путь.

Девушки, работающие в центре, вежливые, приветливые, но та ситуация, которая сложилась с записями на визу, отвратительная. Люди каждый день стоят по несколько часов на холоде, в надежде получить визу

Записи разобрали на 6 месяцев вперёд! Люди стоят на улице их периодически вызывают, внутри охранник, лестница - узкий коридор с ксероксом и выдача паспортов. Как вы записи расхватали то так, а колхозавры, или это брони агенств что бесплатную услугу за 500рубпий продают? 2 звезды потому что за услугу 14евро берем а люди как в загоне
