It was necessary to send the document urgently to Costa Rica, I brought them the document, paid for it, it's not cheap, it's a fact, but the guys coped and my document was delivered 10 days later. There was one single minus that they promised to send on Friday, and as a result they sent it only on Tuesday, but this minus did not affect the delivery time of my document in any way, everything worked out in the best way. I recommend this company.

I highly do not recommend this service if the SPEED of delivery of your documents is important to you. Instead of the promised 7-10 working days, the documents took 17 calendar days. According to practice, the documents arrived in 5 calendar days by a regular letter from Belpost. Managers lie at the same time about the delivery dates. Very much let down. Thanks to the "prompt" delivery, the company suffered heavy losses.

The obligations assumed for the delivery of goods by a representative of TNT on the territory of the Republic of Belarus are ignored, despite their full payment by the sender. Representatives of TNT unreasonably and illegally (provided that TNT accepted the cargo for delivery to the United States only after receiving all payment for the service provided) initiated the need for additional payments for brokerage services, otherwise, they will not deliver the goods. No one has ever provided a worse service in the field of delivery.
