Great place and service, everyone is very nice and polite! The equipment is modern and effective. Love that place, it’s worth going there although I live far away :) Also I want to thank Seda, the master in the studio. She is amazing, gentle, friendly, and of course professional! On the contrary, the whole procedure takes place in a very relaxing environment, with pleasant music and complete relaxation. Personally, I'm fine with hormones, I'm constantly monitoring this, and therefore my hair grows according to my age. And I saw the result really immediately, and that's why I go to them from Kentron, but what if it's really worth it. In general, there is a lot to write, and the guys are really good. I highly recommend it even for those who are starting to have gray hair. By the way, I still want to take care of my cesarean scar, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I fell for the marketing on Instagram, where they say on their page that they only need 4-5 procedures and work with blonde hair, unlike a diode, after 1 procedure the result is immediately visible. I can't see anything. The first craftswoman was super nice and neat, so she returned to the second procedure in the hope, but They called with a reminder and messed up the recording time themselves. When I arrived, they told me at the office that the craftswoman was different. You know, I'm one of those people who takes such things to heart, when I expected my intimate areas to be seen by one person who already has trust, and then another. And I value my time, I didn't have the opportunity to reschedule right now, and I've already wasted time getting here. I went. There are no questions for the craftswoman, except that they promise that the device does not burn - it does not burn! I was burned 2 times. I would prefer to find out during the call that the master is not the same, I could somehow reschedule my schedule. But in fact, already on the spot, I was just unhappy. At the end of the procedure, she went to pay for it and asked for a small discount for my discomfort, for their mistake. The receptionist was still holding her face, but the director then came down and behaved rudely, justifying their mistake by saying that it was my fault that I went and agreed to the procedure myself. When I said that I was waiting for an apology, he said that we had apologized in words. Well, that. I gave the money back and then regretted it very much. I won't go back there again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. The attitude towards clients is disgusting. There are no questions for the masters. There are many questions about the device itself. To ads that don't correspond to reality either. If the service itself is provided poorly and is the fault of the salon itself, the salon itself is not responsible for this in any way. It's a strange business that doesn't work for customer retention and doesn't give a damn about customers.
